價廉物美，值得推薦
由於航班誤點，到達住宿已是凌晨兩點，還好之前有聯絡到服務人員，人真好的過來招待！還有檢查好wifi，冷氣，電視等。之後發現淋浴噴頭有壞，第二天也過來幫忙換新的，而且還主動問需不需要雨傘，對於一個女生來說真的很貼心。房間乾淨舒適像家的感覺，在小區內有保安員需要感應卡才能出入，所以安全度不用擔心。樓下便利店食店齊全，生活機能方便。10月底如果再去北京必定再次入住

Não é um hotel, é um flat, por assim dizer, mas sem recepção, é um homem que tem esse flat e o aluga. Pessoa boníssima, que me ajudou em alguns momentos, local bom, mas sem arrumação diária, ou coisas do tipo, tem lavadora de roupas no banheiro, fogão e geladeira na cozinha, wi-fi muito bom, bem espaçoso, fiquei 10 dias sem problemas, localização muito boa com vários restaurantes e mini mercados em volta, vale a pena para quem gosta de simplicidade e economia. Fica a uns 10-15 minutos a pé do metrô, dá pra alugar bikes, mas eu não tinha alipay, então fui andando mesmo.

短期滞在型マンションであるが、受付があるわけでもなく、電話で管理会社の担当を呼び寄せなければならない。その点、説明が加えられるべき。まず、中国現地の携帯か、海外ローミング可能な携帯を持っていなければならないし、その際、中国語で電話をかけられるだけの会話能力が必要である。全体的に設備などで改善すべき点が多く見られた。ただし、一旦チェックインしてしまえば、干渉を受けないので、ともかくも好きなように過ごしたい、という人にとってはよいのではないだろうか。 なお、エクスペディア上の地図は表示が間違っているので、予め位置を確認する必要がある。
