"Generally very good. Bed hard but clean & tidy. Breakfast good but very slow service. Took 30 mins and we were first in. Another person left with no breakfast, after ordering but could not wait any longer."

"Brilliant hotel. Beautiful lobby and entrance area. Fast and efficient lifts. Spacious room (we had the deluxe) with a gigantic queen bed. The curtains were PROPER blackout and we slept so well because of this. Comfy pillows, all the mod cons you could need. Staff were extremely friendly :) was a great location. "

Yet, the rest of stay were very good with polite staffs from restaurant and good cleaner with well manner. Despite the reception, this hotel is still highly recommended. "
