From the moment I arrived, the staff and the B&B never ceased to amaze me. I got there long before check-in (before check-out, to be honest) after climbing the hill with my 50 lbs luggage and they greeted me warmly, told me all about the bus I could have taken (I didn't factor the incline into my decision to walk) and immediately gave me the key to my room, which was miraculously ready. The room was just what I needed, with a kettle and my own bathroom. The shower is small, if you happen to be much taller or wider than me, but the temperature and pressure were excellent. You also get a card to fill in your breakfast choices, and I was blown away by what I received the following morning. Absolutely delicious, with fruits, cereal, yoghurt, cookies, and other treats you can help yourself to as well. I left my luggage after checking out around 8, and when I came to claim it, not only was the staff wonderful, I was offered water or a snack for my travels. Incredible stay and I hope to come back.

Beautiful property with clean and cosy rooms and a comfortable bed! The room was on the smaller side but had an en-suite, was well-decorated and quiet and had all amenities provided (kettle, tea/coffee, hairdryer, free WiFi). The location is excellent - it is a 15 minute walk downhill into Bath city centre and there are bus stops right outside. The free reservable parking was a huge bonus. Breakfast was tasty and there was a good choice of cooked and continental options. The price we paid for 2 nights was excellent for the quality and location of this B&B. We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily recommend to others!

Excellent staff lovely room exceptionally clean great bed & shower. Gorgeous breakfast and bus stop opposite to get into bath so didn’t use our car while there. Will definitely be back

Loved our stay here, beautiful property and amazing rooms. The fixtures and fittings are amazing and very well appointed. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and high quality. Loved that we could park here and could walk in to town in 10mins. Perfect and thank you for getting our room ready earlier than advertised, much appreciated.

The good - comfortable bed, clean room and large bathroom with great shower. Otherwise, Room decor boring. No kleenex tissue. Toilet paper holder broken. Sink slow to drain. Breakfast fine but don’t order the waffle. Chocolate chip cookies were good. Absolutely no one to greet us, no amenities during the day, no snacks or wine or tea. Limited parking. Disappointed.
