최악... 에어컨 노후로 작동안함 현지 기사들이 몇번씩 왔다가도 안고쳐짐 담당 직원들이랑 연락도 안됨 최악 중 최악 다시는 패브스테이 통해 예약안할 예정

最悪でした。部屋の鍵を郵便受けから受け取る方式のホテルでした。当日、鍵が用意されておらず、オーナにメールしても連絡がつかず。結局他のホテルに泊まるはめになりました。返金を訴えても受け入れられず。最悪です。

Some good, some bad, need to improve
This is a air B no B, when I booked it, there is no remind. The wifi is broken, although they try to send a pocket wifi to me to replace the router. The bathroom shower room has been stuck and water flow very slow. The light bulb broken but no replace. No towel change or maid to clean the room for you within your booking circle. The rest are good.

절대 가지 마시길 바랍니다.
아무런 서비스와 조치도 없었다. 여행 일정을 숙소로 인해 망쳤고 난 두번 다시 이곳을 가지 않을거다. 4일동안 방청소도 수건교체도 해주지 않았다. 체크인을 하러 프롬퐁역 엠포리오몰 벨럭 수화물 서비스업체에서 키를 수령했고 4일동안 아무런 서비스를 받지 못했다. 절대 비추다. 아리바 아이비 세르비지오 통로가 진짜고 아이비 통로 바이 패브스테이는 여행업체에서 관리하는 에어비앤비 숙소 시스템이라 1층 오피스에서 어떤 도움도 받을 수 없다. 이런걸 미리 알았었으면 그들이 말하는 인폼만 제대로 있었어도...아니 그 흔한 리뷰하나만 있었어도 그걸 알았다면 난 예약을 하지 않았을거다.

ホテルやサービスアパートメントではなく民泊で、コンドの部屋を借りる感じ。カギの受け取り方法は出発3～1日前にラインで連絡あり。私の場合、BTSの駅近くの宅配業者カウンターで受け取り。荷物を持ったままなので面倒でした。コンドにはスタッフなど誰もいません。慣れない方の利用は厳しいと感じます。
