Min vistelse påi ishome/ Hashery . Var förfärlig !! Bokat rum via Hotel.com som silver medlem och nyttjade 2 bonus natt till ett värde av ca 1300kr o fick av hotel.com ca 300 kr det försvann typ 1000kr och vid ankomsten till hotellet som är bokad bekräftad via hotel.com så var ingen personal där ?? Fick tag i manager på telefon o hon säger fullbokat du finns ej bokad här .. så maila hotel.com för hjälp har ju ändå betalt till er o använt er bonus och det enda jag hört av er nu mär ni vill ha betyg på ett ställe jag ej fick bo på ?? Ingen ersättning ungen bonus tbx alltså 0 gehör el kontakt ??? Så uselt !!! Spännande se om ni lägger ut era brister till allmänheten .. jag kommer kontakta medier i Sverige när jag kommer hem då jag är blåst på pengar och semester tid
