Clearly, the best part of the property is the location. It is just where you want to be. Other than that, I could not recommend this property. The heating/air conditioning did not work properly. The only way to cool the room was to open the window letting in LOTS of street noise. The room we stayed in was not particularly clean. Stains and cracks on the porcelain in the bathroom, dusty, generally unclean. The property is not well maintained. The window sill was crumbling into rot. The carpeting throughout the hotel clearly needs to be replaced. It is hopelessly stained in places. Doors are held open with random envelopes and pieces of paper. The two luggage trolleys with dirty and I wouldn't want to put my belongings on them. The continental breakfast, which you are charged for whether you want it or not is a bit sparse, and once items run out, like the one pitcher of OJ, they are not replenished.
I generally do not complain about places that I stay. But this property is clearly sub-par and I would not recommend a stay here.
