This condo is in the Most Exclusive Hamilton Cove Complex. With a 180 degree Ocean View overlooking Hamilton Cove pix can't show the crystalline blue waters. Condo is 1bedroom,1bath with double sinks in the bathroom. Kitchen is Fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The bedroom has a cozy, California King and is ultra comfortable with high thread count linens! The livingroom has a Eurolounger, a foldout sofa perfect for 1 adult, or 2 small children. A Thick sofa mattress is also available if needed. This Condo has Air Conditioning( portable) Only 2 others in Ham Cove do. It gets HOT in summer, so we have ceiling fans and floor fans as well. At the private,secure Ham Cove villas, you'll feel the comforts of home and you get to use the Golf Cart!!! A huge bonus that offsets some expense of renting one($60/hr in town).And the Kitchen allows you to make your own meals if you choose and makes staying here more enjoyable and affordable in relation to a hotel. Caution....With management companies, communication is lacking. When in need, they're hard to contact. With us, you'll have my personal cell, and my assistant's #. No meeting in town like the management cos.
