Recently renovated with custom paint, Granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms and custom light fixtures. Stained concrete floors in living areas, carpeted bedrooms.
Cable Tv with high speed internet and WiFi, ROKU, Nest Thermostat, Nest outdoor camera on entry, and smart lock.

There is a Salt water pool with an in water lounger area for sun soaking or little ones to play while accompanied with an adult. Pool is approximately 50’ long and 10’ wide. Located within steps of Downtown ATX off the famous South Congress, this 2/2 can sleep 12 comfortably, 13-14 if you like your travel buddies.

There is 5 real beds within the 2 bedrooms. The master has a King bed, large walk in closet with vanity mirrors and lighting!! Bathroom and closet access through sliding barn style doors. The other bedroom has 4 queen beds, another large walk in closet with vanity mirrors and lighting, and a private Bathroom with shower and garden tub. These 2 rooms can sleep 10 when doubled up. The rest of the guests would then utilize air mattresses that can be set up in the living room at night. The sectional sofa can also be utilized. A group of 14 will fit if y'all doubled up where appropriate (king and queen bed) and utilize couch and blow up mattresses. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need any clarification about sleeping arrangements. I have hosted many many groups with 11+ guests and as you can see from my reviews, they have loved the space :)

Fully stocked kitchen for home made meals, with Keurig and coffee provided for those early morning ;) More time then not, you will find a supply of solo cups, plastic cutlery, paper plates, napkins, straws, mixers, sodas, beers, and wines, as these are often left by past guests. We clear out open and used items that are not reusable, but leave everything else for future guest use. So, if you arrive and find liquor and beer in the fridge.... help yourselves!!

Both showers have detachable shower heads for those hard to reach areas, and we supply 2in1 shampoo and conditioner and liquid body wash. We also have q-tips and cotton balls. Enough bath-towels for everyone to have two, but we ask that you please try to help us save water and reuse your bath-towel when possible.

You will always find your beds neatly made on arrival. Top bunks are half made for easy access, then you can just pull up sheet and blanket. There are enough pillows for everyone to have one, and you will find additional sheets for air mattresses and couch in bunk closest.

We welcome ALL travelers, with a focus on accommodating the larger groups at an affordable price per person while giving y’all quality digs in the middle of all the action. A place where everyone can stay together in the same place (and not separate hotel rooms). We work hard to give y’all that great place to stay, so please keep this in mind when it comes to the “value” portion of your review after you leave. We ask that you Consider the cost per person, the location you stayed in, and what we offered (comfort, cleanliness, beds, linens, and amenities,) when you are rating us..... and if you still feel we don’t meet a 5 star value rating, please tell me why in the private feedback section and what I can do to fix it. As we want to be 5stars for everyone!!!!
