Extremely poor customer service
This is the 2nd time I have rented from this couple. I had a problem with check in both times. I arrived at the property 15 min after check in time and had to message the owners for the pin to enter. I never received the pin they called my phone and had me walk up to the door and they unlocked it through the phone. Once I initially entered the property there were keys and I had no problem coming and going as I pleased. Until I was ready to check out and still did not have a pin to lock the door behind me and could not take the key with me. I finally realized I could lock the door and go out the back door. I had messaged the property owners twice about leaving early due to the covid-19 pandemic and they never responded. I also had a problem with the thermostat which i messaged them about with no response for over 24 hrs. I finally switched the batteries in the thermostat because I was freezing which I had told the owners the night before about the problem and that we were cold in the night and they never responded. The house has no carpet or rugs and was only 65 degrees when I finally switched the batteries. Not very comfortable at all. I messaged the owners twice about leaving early due to the covid-19 pandemic with no response. Iwas becoming increasingly nervous I was going to get stuck so far away from home. Not only was the government shutting down business but they also started putting 24 hr stay in place orders in major cities. I was also seeing things about people getting stopped by the National Gaurd on their way out of Atlanta( vacation rental location) and not letting people back into Illinois ( my home state). Due to all these things and the fact that my job is closed until april 15th, I was becoming more and more worried I was going to be stuck in Atlanta. Theproperty owners only supplied one roll of toilet paper for a six night stay for two people. During this pandemic it has been really difficult to find toilet paper or even food. Not only would I have been stuck I would not have any toilet paper or food and drinks. I booked this property in January before this pandemic started and left for my vacation before any businesses had shut down or shortened hours. I had no idea that everything would change so rapidly. I was also confused why the owners asked me if I had brought a pet until during my stay we saw 4 different dogs running around the neighborhood without a collar or anything. Not sure why this means one was assumed to be mine

Nice bungalow 10min from downtown
Clean, comfortable bungalow. Very responsive/communicative hosts. Location is very convenient to downtown Marietta, but neighborhood is a bit sketchy. A good value for the price!

Older house but in great condition and the interior has been very nicely updated - the appliances especially. Great location to get on 75. Sits about half way between Marietta proper and Barrett Pkwy. Property owner very accommodating and friendly. Would stay there again.

Great little house!
Wonderful house, everything we needed for our stay. High end appliances, fully stocked kitchen so you can make anything you want, awesome wifi, smart Roku TV, very comfy beds and tons of towels and linens. Only glitch was check in which was supposed to be via key-less entry which did not work and it we had some communications confusions between owners and VRBO but it got worked out. Would stay here again if in the area

Execellent Stay
Little apprehensive at first but was very happy with our stay. Little issue with contacting the owners starting out but they were excellent afterwards. Place was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Atlanta.
