First, this looks nothing like the picture because the walls and floors are completely destroyed. Second, we never had wifi even after trying to request the login. Third, the parking instructions are atrocious. “Spot 77” is right at the front door BUT that is not the correct spot. You will be towed and sent to a place that requires a NOTARIZED letter from the registered owner to get it back. If a modicum of effort was used to explain the parking, we would not be waiting HOURS in a towing office. Do not stay here.

The outside was not good. Did not care to park way in the back and have to walk by people staring as they sat in front of the building. Saw two cars have their windows busted out. Lots of trash in the parking lot. I felt safer inside. Kitchen wasn't something usable for me. Microwave was rusted out in the bottom. The place was decently clean though. The tub drained out slowly so while showering, we were standing in the standing water. The beds were hard. I didn't sleep well with the loud racing of cars at night, several wrecks, sirens, and gunshots. I did not expect it to be on the 18th floor. The couch was not comfortable at all. It's tiny and hard. Host took hours to respond via the chat but would answer calls immediately.

Overall we were pretty disappointed with this property and our stay. It was myself, my partner, and 2 children. Check in was not as smooth as it could have been, because the instructions were lengthy but unclear. We were supposed to park in the underground garage area, but it was difficult to find it. Once we got to the actual apartment door, we had difficulty accessing the key from the lock box. I attempted to text and call the property owner/manager with no response. Eventually we figured it out on our own and got into the unit. One of the main reasons I chose this place for our stay in Atlanta was the pool. My kids love to swim and I planned to make use of the pool here. I contacted the manager prior to the trip regarding towels, and whether I should bring some from home for use at the pool. They assured me they would be provided. I soon found that we barely had enough towels for all 4 of us to bathe, let alone go to the pool. The beds were very uncomfortable and the noise level was high. Sufficed to say we did not get quality sleep. And, back to the pool issue, we were unable to ever access the pool. We tried using the code to get in, with no success. My 2 children were very disappointed. I most certainly will find other accommodations if we ever return to Atlanta.
