We checked in the apartment at 1.30am in the morning there was no one in the front reception desk welcoming the guest, after calling out over 10times or more a young man comes out of another empty apartment and was unable to speak a single word of English and he was the receptionist. He then over charged us using the card machine which he did not now how to use he was meant to charge me in Turkish lira but instead he changed me in English pound which I ended up pay double the amount. It took me over 5day to get someone over the phone to speak in English. The upstairs shower was blocked. The window electrical blinds where broken. The receptionist was more relaxing in the empty apartments then working at the front desk, once I found the receptionist and the cleaners in an empty apartment eating watermelons. Really unprofessional.

Сам номер нам понравился, но обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего. Во первых нас было 3 взрослых и 3 детей, а в отеле нам дали спальные места только для взрослых. Во вторых, в номере из посуды были только 1 кастрюля, 3 тарелки и бакалы для пива. И в третьих, за 3 дня прибывания в номере не разу не убирались. Если вам нужен не дорогой отель рядом с аэропортом то можно остановиться но многого не ожидайте.

Check in was a nightmare as our room was not ready even when we had turned up at 6pm. Stay away from the large family rooms as not all rooms have aircon and it is impossible to sleep in the heat. Cleanliness was good and there was a lady (Derya) who was so helpful and changed our room. She helped with all missing cutlery and items from the room. This place is definitely not good for long stay, not enough utensils and no washing machine in the rooms like it shows in the pictures. The corners of the pool have come off in places and very dangerous as I nearly cut myself. No lift, and 2nd bedroom is upstairs and dangerous if you have small kids.

We did not stay at the hotell. The rooms was not cleaned, looked really dirty, there was no power. We got The keys to The Room. Afterwards the receptionist Said "sorry, we have no clean rooms". We ended up with ordering Room at another hotel.

This property is awful. The reception staff do not speak english making it impossible to communicate. The website states the 2 bed apartment sleeps 7 people. The property has one double bed, one single bed and a sofa. The sofa does not open up into a bed despite the website calling it a sofa bed. The single room with the single bed is located on top of the stairs which if were to sleep a young child would be dangerous. The whole of the upstairs has no air conditioning and is boiling hot making it impossible to sleep. The main bedroom has an air con unit that doesnt work. It turns on by no air comes out of it. You are therefore dependent on the air conditioning in the main living area to cool the whole apartment which quite simply it doesnt. An awful experience where none of us were able to sleep. When we left at 5.30am for the airport there was no one on the reception so we just left our key at the desk. They advertise a 24 hour desk! Avoid at all costs.
