「Hotel reception photo reported in listing are different and hotel is now only on 3rd floor」

「The stay was worse than terrible. We would have left immediately but finding a new place during Maha Kumbh was tough, we left after one night. Tent was built on sewage and garbage. The management and owner were extremely disrespectful. We have been asking for a refund for two months now, hotels.com is protecting this unethical place. Nothing was as advertised! The owner lacked basic etiquette on top of unhygienic conditions which the place was setup in. Unclean and thus full of mosquitoes,...

「The hitel.does not exist on the pun shown! The hotel owner denied booking and getting any booking money. Hitels.com customer care didnt give us a regund. Agent as well as tge supervisor said openly do you want to, we wonr issue refund.」

「First thing evening manager said we do not have reservation and later after we showed him reservation details he said we have reservation for one room and later said we have 2 room reservation but gave one room. Next day morning 8 AM he gave 2nd room and we checked out at 10 AM. Hotel charged us for 2 rooms and they provided only one room and no refund. Manager behavior was rude and do not have accountability. Manager said we can cancel the reservation for one room but we did not find option...

「There was no wifi available (as promised). Air-conditioning also stopped working on the night we stayed there. They couldn't fix it before I checked out. On top of that, the Power (electricity) got down too on entire floor for few hours and they didn't have any alternative to . All in all, the amenities wise, the stay was terrible.」

「Room was in unfinished,resendlly done construction. No tv. In room. No hanger, in closet. Bath room has what’re leak, Dirty toilet water was on bath flat like pond. Each time we use bath room we has to go throw dirty water , I been complains to manger and owner. No response, no correction made, room door key was parvide to us, eash time we go out we have to inform to Clark. When we come back to room we have look around Clark to open our room to enter in. Past 3 day, room was clean 1 times...
