We will not stay there again.. the bathroom was dirty, there were dead bugs in the light fixtures, the fireplace in our suite didn’t work, the hot tub was luke warm at best, our room was never cleaned in the 4 days we were there, sheets were never changed and when we asked them about it, they handed us a set of sheets to change them ourselves! Very disappointing, that is not the kind of service that we pay for., I do all of that at home! Shouldn’t have to do that when we pay to stay at a hotel!!! Very unhappy…

We tried to stay there due to the ice storm, but large bugs kept showing up, and after talking to the front desk to change rooms, they said there wasn’t any available and nothing they could do, So after finding two more we decided to check out and risk the drive.

We checked in easily, but our "non smoking" room smelled like cigarette smoke. The free breakfast was mostly good, but I needed to open 5 peanut butter packets to find one that was spreadable, the others being the consistency of oily salt water taffy.

Our room was not as clean as it should have been. Hair still in tub and sink when we got there. No extra blankets anywhere to be found in room. Please dont get me started about the lack of coffee or the cold coffee ever single morning. We probably wont be back.

At 11;00 it became apparent that a lot of very loud guests came. Loud laughing, screaming, women, children, men doors slamming. This continues for several hours. Got hardly any sleep. The noise was in my hallway, and it was actually quite frightening

Very rude staff. The gentleman at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. When i got there the gentleman was sitting by the customer dining area eating. He did not care that his customers just walked in to check into their rooms. Its as though they don’t appreciate or want your business. He gave me attitude for no reason. As if I am disturbing his meal. Very dirty rooms. Spider webs and unclean mirrors. The water pipe from the tub was squealing! Run down building. I would not recommend this location. Spend a bit more for better service and cleanliness. I hope you don’t make the same mistake as we did by booking here. Definitely not handicap accessible good luck if you have family memebers who are in a wheel chair.

Lime and rust everywhere in bathroom Hair hanging from towels that hadent been used. The hinge lock, half of it was missing. The curtains were shredded like someone took a knife to both parts of the sheer curtains. In the second room half the curtain was just missing. Some random stain mark on the wall. Heating unit in one room didnt work. Made a constant screeching noise. Tv went in and out. I also purchased time in the conference room which had a broken clock, the fridge didnt work at all. Wouldnt get cold, had hair and what looked like mold in it. Smelled bad. The solve for this, make every excuse. Tell me they couldnt get good help. Tell me I should have reported everything sooner, disclose a disability of an employee, and give me $30 off each room fee. At that point I was too tired and spent to argue about anything, took the credit and left. LESSON LEARNED DO NOT STAY HERE unless you dont care.

Was the right price on short notice. I checked in late, got to the room and was unable to connect to the wifi. No instructions on how to connect. Was late so I used my mobile hotspot. Next morning breakfast was ok. The juice dispenser was inop, so no juice.

I've stayed here before and had a better experience. Overall, the hot tub was barely lukewarm, the sauna was out of service, and our room was not stocked with towels or soap after cleaning. The fireplace also did not work.

Bugs in the room. Battery in the smoke detector needed to be changed at 3 AM. Sink was plugged. Run down very slow. Toilet almost overflowed for no reason when flushed. Screen on window was tore so bugs were getting in the room very easy. Bad experience there!!!! Staff tried to help. Most of this should have been taken care of before they put someone in the room. Not at 3 in the morning etc!!!!!😳👎

Check in was fine. Room was spacious. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was alright. Staff were not very visible and not very accommodating. They seemed very focused on saying “no” without providing a reason or an alternative.

I booked this hotel because they had a hot tub and sauna. I was looking forward to relaxing after a long day. The hot tub was maybe 94 degrees, of which my bath water is hotter. Went to the sauna on October 7th, and 2023, it wouldn’t turn on, then I noticed the sign on the door saying closed for the summer season, well it’s not summer. So for me it was disappointing. The entrance was a cabin feel and welcoming. The rooms are out dated and dirt in all corners of the bathroom. So my review is, if you are Looking for a hotel with the amenities they list, this is not the one. You’ll end up disappointed, if you need just a place to sleep, this would do the job.

I stayed in the premier suite which has a separate living room, fireplace and jacuzzi tub. It was spacious and nice. The hotel carpet inside the room and out could definitely use an upgrade. Breakfast was sub par. Your basic hotel spread.

Outside could benefit from updates. Room was ok. Design itself is poor. Missing toilet paper holder. Missing toilet paper had to go ask for a roll. Cable box was completely disconnected. Missing mirror from wall. Waited 10 minutes for front desk to check me in at 4:00pm

We were put in a room where none of the lights worked. We went back to the front desk, and they put us in a different room. 9nly half of the lights worked. They was a bug in the bed. A clump of hair in the " clean" shower towel, hair in the tub. Huge hole in the wall. Floor was wet and sticky. Ho tub, had barely warm water. Sauna was broken. Unfriendly staff. They would notl et us change rooms again, or refund money.

After trying 3 rooms, we hould have left. The 1st room's deadbolt didnt work. The 2nd room was stale, air wasnt cooling. 3rd room the lock and air wirked but later to find out th3 toilet was plugged, it smelt bad, it has stains on the ceiling, thw floor was was extremely damp, there was rust on thw ceiwling in the bathrom, there was a dirty long black sock on the floor behind the door and so much more . We were extremely tired so we had to stay as we didnt have any other option.

Checking in was a tad rough. The girl at the front desk was dismissive and rude. My sister’s room - along with my brother-in-law and their 1 children had a room that smelled like someone had partied way too hard and the stench from the carpet and bedding was overwhelming. We decided to spend one evening at the pool: there were no towels so we brought our old ones from the room but there weren’t enough - we asked the front desk girl about having new/more towels and she was rude about why we needed towels - our room never got restocked and we stayed for 3 days 2 nights. The place itself is convenient and looks alright. The staffing could use some training.
