This is the perfect place to relax and spend time with loved ones after exploring beautiful Southern Utah! Our townhome was built in 2019 and is spacious and welcoming. There's a private, fenced courtyard with a hot tub, fire pit and grill, with access to a community pool year round. Our home is perfectly located... You are next to State and National Parks, as well as restaurants, golfing, shopping, and a quick drive to Mesquite or Las Vegas. There is something for everyone!

We booked and confirmed this listing 6 months ago. When we arrived 3 hours after check-in time we had yet to receive any check-in instructions. We messaged and no response. We were then stuck in a driveway with 4 kids under 5 and a baby in 100 degree weather. We had to contact VRBO and the owner didn't even answer them. We then had to wait an additional hour to hear a solution that was unsatisfactory. Obviously would not recommend.

Beautiful townhome

The townhome was beautiful and comfortable. The amenities are too numerous to mention. The kitchen was excellent and well equipped. The location is just a few minutes off the freeway and very convenient. We enjoyed walking on the quiet streets in the neighborhood. The hosts were very professional and responsive.

This property was great for our quick weekend trip.. The beds were comfy and the kids enjoyed the hot tub on the patio.we had a couple concerns about the property and the owners were very quick to respond and help us out.

Great Location

This place was in a great location to several State Parks. Had a wonderful long weekend hiking with the family and the hot tub definitely came in handy! The host was very responsive. Plenty of room and would stay again.

St. George / Washington Stay

This place was great for our recent long-weekend trip to St. George. The beds were all comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, towels, and kitchen supplies. There was a nice central gathering place where we could all sit, talk, watch TV, etc. The location was close to many restaurants and stores, and it was just a short drive into the city center.

Awesome experience!!

We loved our stay at this property!! The hosts were so helpful and quick to respond when we had a question and were more than willing to work with us when we needed another night added to our stay. We loved the floor plan, and the location being close to both Sand Hallow and Quail Creek Reservoirs. We would stay here again.

Great Townhome!

We really enjoyed our stay, there were 7 of us, 8 counting our dog... Plenty of space to spread out when desired, but also to gather as a family and play board game, etc. The fully enclosed backyard is great, both for privacy, and if you happen to have your pet joining you on your adventure. While we wish it had not rained so much during our stay, we were still able to enjoy the hot tub, and fire pit, as well as other fun activities in close proximity to the Townhome. Highly recommend staying here!

Nice private townhouse not to far from downtown St George

This home was clean and quite for our group of twelve. It was a little crowded for all of us but the ability to sit inside and outside was nice. We used the Hot Tub every evening. The owner was Super responsive to our needs for a cutting board. We would recommend this home to any group that likes spending time together. It was a great time! Thank you!

Great Place to Stay

We loved out time spent at this property, and plan to stay there the next time we travel to St. George. Very comfortable place away from home. We didn't need for anything! Would highly recommend!
