From the moment you walk in the whole first floor’s smell of marijuana just hits you. You keep thinking maybe that was just someone who walked in before me but later realize that the first floor smells like that all the time. I was there for two nights and the smell was so strong. Having so called “breakfast” in the middle of that stinch was just disgusting. The breakfast are was extremely dirty and the trash cans were so full you couldn’t even throw your own trash away. The coffee comes from a machine that makes like 15 other drinks as well so the coffee was horrible. It didn’t even taste like coffee. There were no coffee cups. Instead you are given really small styrofoam cup that leaves no room to add anything else to it. Your only options on breakfast was yogurt (mostly frozen), cereal ( looked very old), sliced white bread, or make yourself a waffle. The room itself seemed clean, but everything in there was so old and not well taken care of. The door had a hard time closing and had lots of drilled holes through it. The ceiling in the restroom looked very ugly from constant repairs on a leak from the room above us. The air conditioner would blow out a nasty moldy smell every once in a while. If I hadn’t prepaid for the room already, I would most certainly have walked out and left. Never again will I ever book that hotel.

When we arrived to our room the bed was unmade common not regular cleaning Supposedly upgraded us when they were supposed to be booked and still did not look to have been clean just a straighten up. I work in medical field and I know how a bed that was just straightened up versus a brand new bad and the bathroom was not the best.

The room they gave us , the door was opened they were mumbling inside and all The furniture was moved, literally the tv stand was all the way towards the middle of the room so unsafe for my kids

The front desk clerk is rude the female Crystal. She doesn’t know where anything is she’s not gonna help you with anything. My TV didn’t work. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and I felt completely unsafe due to all the homeless people outside.

As soon as we stepped off the elevator the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room door was open and the smell just went right in. Only one light worked in the room and the bathroom was dark too. The shower curtain rod was about to fall off the wall. The flooring was coming up in spots. The air conditioner didn’t work well either. Overall it’s a never stay there again for us. The whole property needs fixing up. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

They don’t even come in take the trash out your room they don’t service you with new towels not alone make the bed it’s definitely not a place I would recommend someone staying at been here 4 nights straight it’s like they don’t even go to your room until you leave

Right next to the highway, thus it is very noisy during the night. Thus paying attention to its location if you decide to book here.

Very convenient by the hwy. traffic noise was loud. Bed was comfortable, bathroom is dated and wasn’t very clean. Musty smell, staff quick but not friendly.

I've stayed at better Super 8 than this. The Cable tv is trash with very little channel. Breakfast was terrible, all I could do is use the coffee I had in my room. Not worth the price.

No working TV in my room. The room is DEFINITELY not up to par as a Wyndham hotel. Restroom and actual room are awful. Property is old and outdated

Very convenient stop getting off and back on I-35 North bound!! Pet friendly is what led us to this location a few years ago and keeps us coming back. Our room was spotless and when I turned down our bed the sheets were the brightest white ever!! Only problem is the interstate traffic is very loud if you can’t sleep with noise. Excellent place and we will be back!! I

Place was reasonably clean. Staff at check in was pleasant, polite, and a joy to talk to. Room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that parking is very limited on weekends if you come in late.

This Super 8 is "broken".
When we got there everything looked fine. Then problems started piling up. The shower was broken. The great latino guy fixed it, but then it would only give out hot water. The TV was broken and stopped working. They had to replace it. Breakfast was a shambles. Waffles and toast were there but no plate3 to put them on. One guy ate his waffle out of a cereal bowl. No syrup. No fruit. No coffee cups. No juice cups. All the clerk could offer was "SORRY". My keycard stopped working. I had to get it rescanned for my room. It doesnt surprise me that Wyndham Hotels doesnt support their SUPER 8 motels well, since they want you to stay in the more expensive ones, which I will do next time.

Hotel is VERY basic. Outdated but clean enough for my picky wife. Very close to Baylor which is what we were looking for, but noisy being right on the Interstate frontage road. Will probably use again.

Close to Baylor
Choose this hotel because of how close it is to Baylor University. The hotel is old, we were lucky and received a good clean room, nothing fancy but in good condition to sleep and shower.

Comfortable Stay
The hotel is convenient to anyone wanting to stay near the university. Clean room, clean hallways, clean bathroom. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I will be booking again here for other Baylor events.
