The best part of the stay was the breakfast and the staff in breakfast area - they are wonderful and positive and customer service friendly . The rooms are in need of an update but the beds weee comfortable and location was easy to walk to most things . The air conditioner unit in my room was so loud I felt like it was about to break down any second . When our room was serviced - the soap was tossed and not replaced . Also there were known 4 in my room with kids and they only replaced 3 towels. I went to the front desk to ask for soap and an extra towel - the man said I can’t give it to me but will have it sent up to the room. But no one ever came.

Shower was dirty and the shower seat was broken and barely hanging on the wall. The lavatory sink was stopped up. We chose a room on the top floor to be away from noise and also for the view. The view was nice but there was a lot of pipe rattling and equipment noise.

Great hotel, have stayed many times over 2 children attending Baylor. Staff are superb and rooms comfortable. Starbucks bar very good and breakfast super appetizing. No complaints except for the 107’ heat which they couldn’t help with 😜

Cockroach in our room. Desk didn’t care.
Walked into our room to be greeted by a sizable cockroach (see photo). We disposed of it. What was worse was the reception we got from the desk when we informed them. Desk worker just stared at us. Said nothing. Clearly didn’t care. Breakfast was over cooked and gross. Do not recommend this hotel.
This guy greeted us at the door of our room.

Our pest control provider has serviced the hotel, and we will ensure procedures are being followed to prevent any future issues. Speechless
Everything was great except the bed. It was so soft that your body actually sunk into the mattress. Turning over was very difficult. My husband's back actually hurt when he laid down very long. Therefore he slept sitting up in the bed with pillows propped up behind him. NOT A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP!
