Beachside Holiday Home Marija

Villa Marija is a comfortable single-storey holiday home located on a large private estate in the quiet village of Lozica, on the northwestern part of the island of Vir. It is just a few steps away from the beautiful sandy beach of Smratine, known for its shallow entrance, which is ideal for children and non-swimmers. The location in a quiet bay and the private access ensure complete silence, privacy and relaxation in a Mediterranean environment.



The house accommodates 6 to 7 people and has three spacious bedrooms with double beds, all with sea views. It has two bathrooms with a shower and toilet - one bathroom is located in the bedroom, and the other is accessible from the hallway. One of them also has a washing machine. The living room and dining room are spacious and bright, with a large table for shared meals, and connected to a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need. Guests have access to free WiFi, SAT/TV and air conditioning in the living room, which can also be used for heating during spring and autumn.



The garden is well-kept and rich in Mediterranean greenery, with lawns, hedges and plenty of space for outdoor living. Guests have access to a covered terrace for al fresco dining, a balcony, a concrete barbecue, a children's playground and parking for up to three cars. Although the owners are located on the same property, they are located in a separate house, ensuring guests complete privacy with the possibility of help or advice whenever needed.



The island of Vir is connected to the mainland by a bridge and offers numerous facilities - restaurants, cafes, shops, cycling and walking trails, as well as a rich offer for active holidays and excursions. It is an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding national parks and historic cities such as Zadar and Nin.
