Let me say these were the most friendly people we have ever encountered in a hotel! It was very late in the day , close to midnight, and my kids were sleeping, so they did the fastest check in I have ever seen. The hotel is super practical for whoever is travelling and needs to be in and out the city quickly, the breakfast was super good (whoever towards the last 30 minutes some things started to be missing) and the facilities including the pool were really nice.
Excellent hotel and welcomed us and our three dogs and the room was large clean and perfect. Would recommend this hotel as the ideal stop off on route and has enclosed parking and a super bar and restaurant area. Small surcharge for each dog but very worth it. ThatHey
This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever seen! And so vibey and just overall the best! We absolutely loved our stay here! We are already planning the next trip back with our kids! The outside garden area is out of this world! And the live music and food were all so special. If I have to say anything negative it would be that our aircon was set to 25 and it was a very hot summer night so we woke up a few times before figuring out which setting is right(put it on the coldest setting and full fan -then takes a couple of hours to cool the room down). This was a minor issue and for the rest we have had a wonderful stay. Staff were all so pleasant and helpful. We will be back! Soon...
Good experience, be sure to eat in the restaurant!
Great stop over in Avignon. Good air-con, comfortable beds and a really amazing restaurant with live singing and excellent food and nice vibe - Especially to sit outside. Gym is a little small but machines are in good condition.
Very nice hotel. Located outside of town, but close to highways. The room was quite large, very clean and comfortable. Very good lobby interior design. A pool and restaurant by the pool look very nice. Staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. Parking is available and free. Breakfast has buffet option and continental option. Both are very good.
Hotel had been renovated since our last stay and looks great. Kids love the pool and the breakfast buffet was lovely. Room was very clean & comfortable.
We’ve stayed only one night though, experience was perfect! Room was spacious and clean and bar/restaurant made us feel visiting Jazz bar in exotic country. If I visit Arles/Avignon/ or near regions, I would stay it there again without any hesitations!
Air conditioning was not working. The room was very stuffy. Paper napkins were provided instead of tissues. Quite disappointed that this place is rated 4 star.
Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. They greeted us promptly and very easy check in. We required extended check out and they were very accommodating. Pool area was very clean and they had a nice entertainment gaming area .
We have stayed at Novotel Avignon Nord a few times now and always found it very comfortable with great access. Although located in a commercial area near a major road, once inside it is quiet with a nice atmosphere and a good pool and tennis courts. Really liked the refurbished restaurant area this year too.

Menu was pretty bad, no vegetarian option and dull offerings. Deserts were fruit or nothing.
Nice hotel, good restaurant and bar and pool. Room was good, but the bed sofa could have been more comfortable. The location is practical, but surroundings more of an industrial area.

Average standard chain hotel, pillows are not comfortable, but otherwise acceptable for overnight stay on a budget

Poor quality of bedding. Not advisable to stay here unless absolutely necessary.
Bathroom tap water smelt of sewage. Had to brush teeth with bottled water...
Short but lovely stay at this Novotel. Charming and helpful staff, fabulous fifties decor in the lobby. Great buffet breakfast, simply top of the bill!

Reception was a building site and was unexpected on arrival. Dining room good with excellent maitre de. Staff good. Hotel difficult to find disputed being just off the peace being very close. Map was no good.
I booked the hotel with breakfast included. But when I checked out, the staff asked me to pay for the breakfast. Because they thought Expedia did not pay them enough. I had to argue them for more than 30 minutes to not paying breakfast. I almost missed train, and did not have enough time to fill in the rent car, which is other rip off.
We stayed overnight on our way back from South of France to Paris. The weather was warm but the air conditioning had not been turned on and it was quite warm in the room. Opening the windows was worse with the noise from the highway (100m away) and the strong lighting from the parking. It was not a comfortable night. The breakfast however was very good.
This is a 1970's hotel sited in a commercial shopping area next to a dual carrageway. We chose it (staying 4 nights)because it offered a reasonable rate for a 3 star hotel all within the Cote du Rhone region for visiting vineyards etc.
However, owners Accor seemed to have an air conditioning system ideal for cooler climes but almost useless in temperatures of 38 Centegrade! Same at Accor in Bilbao. The food was pretty horrid-they must use students as chefs- steak tough and returned and duck-that was burnt on the outside-raw in the centre. Must been just thrown onto the barbeque grill!
The rooms were sound proofed quite well-TV had awful BBC world as only English programme we watched France 24 in French language was more useful.
BBC world must be the most boring and useless channel in the world.Let it die soon!
Good outside pool and sitting area except dog fleas bit my legs and failed to heal for 10 days. Area Needs fumigating!
City breakfast at 8 euros is good value. The buffet at 16 is NOT.
France is fast losing its reputation for good tasty cusine -instead the
fast food joints (not all American) have taken over.Sad.
Nice hotel for the price. Short drive to the Papal city in Avignon. Really nice room, great shower and bathroom, comfortable bed. What more do you need?
Hotel is 15 minutes from main Avignon site seeing. Free easy parking and close to shopping centers and restaurants. Hotel staff was helpful. Breakfast was a good value.
The city center hotels were booked, and since we had a car, we stayed a few miles north. It's close to the highway, but much more comfortable than your typical highway motels. It had a nice swimming pool, tennis courts, and free parking
Great staff, but we had to look at 3 rooms before we found one that did not smell like smoke. Since all the hotels in the city center were booked and we had a car this worked out well for us
We used this hotel as our home base for exploring Provence, it was a great location with access to the autostrada, comfortable rooms, okay breakfast. Only downside is our non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke.
Hotel is well located for drives to areas around Avignon but is not within Avignon city center. There is a commerce center nearby with food options, supermarkets and other necessities. Hotel is relatively clean but don't expect it to be spankingly clean (found hair in the toilet and a 'slow flowing' sink).

The hotel is a bit dated, but well maintained. The restaurant was very good, especially the breakfast. The pool and tennis courts were good.
Location is Close to mall and grocery store. Far from city center and palais de papes, but good value if you have a car to get around

Nice hotel right off the A7
We did a quick stop at this hotel for one night on our way to the Med. We selected this hotel because it is right off the highway, making it a super easy stop. Despite arriving very late, we were greeted by a very friendly staff who had gifts for the kids. Our room was large by Euro standards and the pull out couch was a real pullout and not something lying on the floor. Even with the couch pulled out, there was room to walk around. There was a minibar with two bottles of free water included. The breakfast was bustling the next morning but we decided not to stay and eat since we were I a hurry. (The breakfast was not included.) We did not use the pool or any other amenities. Looking back I wish we had stayed for breakfast and taken a quick dip in the pool.
Hotel undergoing remodeling, free parking, nearby breakfast place and market, very convenient. About 7 miles away from main tourist spots, but easy drive.

Nice hotel
Nice pool area with tennis court, table tennis and kids slide. Beware of the mosquitos at dusk though. The interior of the rooms looked a bit tired but they were comfortable and clean. There is a big shopping centre 50m down the road with a huge supermarket and places to eat. I would stay here again if I returned to the area.
