Peeling paint above shower (exposing sheetrock), the faucet in the shower leaked, toilet leans to the right, dirty shower curtain, the bathroom door was hard to shut and no ventilation in the bathroom. The office chair was damaged. There was a very stale musty odor to the room. Interior room door latch will not fully engage.

This property does not have an elevator so if you have problems with stairs you need to request the first floor. Room was clean.

Great one night stay
Recently stayed here to visit usc union. check in was easy, room was clean, beds were comfortable, pillows were approx 12 inches square, so bring your own if thats too small for you. Could use a few more accessible outlets in the room for electronics and what not. Breakfast was just okay, .nothing special. The location was excellent. Friendly staff

Funeral Travel
I loved that it had wheelchair accessibility and also a shower chair for bathing. It really was a help. We traveled for my Aunt’s funeral with my Dad who is 94 years old . The accommodations were very nice to have.

They didn’t have an elevator, so people with disabilities would have to hope that they have a room available on the first floor. Other than that, it was a good experience

This was the best Quality Inn I have ever patronized. The facility is clean, the check-in was rapid, the staff were super friendly, the pool beautifully clean and inviting, the rooms well=equipped, the linens were very nice, all was clean and spacious. The breakfast fare was plentiful, well-stocked and delicious. Coffee was great! Well worth the price as one can tell they take pride in their establishment.

They have upgraded recently. They say all rooms are nonsmoking but clearly some use to be. My room had burns on the floor from something and smelled very strong of cigarette smoke.

The area at the back of the hotel was nasty and trashy. The deadbolt lock for my room would not close and properly lockl the door. A definite safety issue. The thermostat would go dirictly from heat to cold immediately when the temp got to a certain level. The food at the free breakfast was of very low quality. An elevator is needed for handicapped guest. Will not be back...

The smoke alarm (Room 1105) was hanging from an opening in the wall. The shower had mold in the corners and the bed mattress needs to be replaced. I stayed here two years ago and was extremely pleased. They claim WiFi and there was none….only if you stood next to the receptionist, so they said. I have never had to write a bad review, but Expedia members need to warned. Do not stay here!

Friendly & courteous staff. Only issue is room is a non-smoking room but smelled of smoke.. AND the bathroom door would not close.

When I arrived, there was a person working on his car in the front parking lot. He had the seats torn out and the hood up...he didn't speak English or American. The desk clerk seemed annoyed that she had to speak to me and I had to ask about the breakfast options...she could have been a little friendlier since she's in a customer environment. Room was dated and the bed left a lot to be desired. Hasty repairs in the bathroom made it look like it was a handyman special; and the ant/roach trap under the sink was a nice touch.

Fine, nothing soecial.
It was fine, but they still don't have their own poolside umbrellas. We took our own. Nice of them to allow it.
