Inaccurate Listing, new build but not maintained.
The townhouse was in a great location and the property manager was very responsive to our texts/concerns. However, we ran into multiple issues: 1.**ONLY THREE BEDS** Listing states six beds, three bedrooms. There are three bedrooms but only one king bed, two queens, and air mattresses that will only fit in master room and living room. The beds were comfortable though. 2. Fridge was warm, ice maker didn’t work. Repair man was sent to fix it, and the fridge got “cooler” afterwards but not standard, safe fridge temp. Freezer had thick layer of ice. There was a small fridge in the garage that worked appropriately. 2. AC went out on last full day. The house got to be 78 degrees while set to 66 degrees. After six hours and my own personal investigation, I found it was due to a *very old* air filter. (When I say old, there was no date ever written on the unit or filter of when it was last changed. I’ve never seen a central air filter so dirty.) I pulled the filter out and cool air started to flow… which leads me to- 4. Every nook and cranny was filled with dust, which makes sense if the central air filter was so thick with debris that no air could pass. Rugs were very dirty. Towels had brown stains on them. Wet towels were left in the washer that we found and had to rewash, but no bleach was available. Walls were dusty and dirty. 5. Pots & pans were old/scratched. No patio furniture. Minimal supplies vs a traditional rental. Unfortunately will not be staying again.

A/C worked well and home was good size. 2 of advertised beds were queen air mattresses and one kept deflating. Master bed and bath were not clean and shower curtain has brown and yellow stains on. Refrigerator was not very cold and was turned all the way up leaving milk and food kind a warm.

Certainly! Here's a revised version of your review: --- Our recent stay at this property was quite disappointing. The property manager's communication was terrible. The fridge and freezer failed to keep our food cold, resulting in us having to throw away about $300 worth of groceries. Additionally, the ice maker was not functional. The description of the bedrooms was very misleading. It stated that there would be two beds per room, but there was only one bed per room and three inflatable air mattresses. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we would not recommend this property.

There was nothing special about this VRBO but it is fine for a 1 or 2 night stay. The location is good, but furnishings and utensils are not great. Also, the refrigerator, which appears to be new, does not get anything cold and it was on its highest cold settings for both compartments. Disappointing overall.

Great location.
This is a beautiful house and great location with minimum furnishings. The area rug and furniture in living room need to be cleaned. Mattresses are wonderfully and we were thankful for the extra blowup Mattresses.

Nice house
Nice place to stay except it wasn’t very clean. The shower curtain was gross and the rugs were a tripping hazard. Had to roll up the rug in the master bedroom and put under the bed. The rug in the living room was very dirty. I don’t think your cleaning crew does a very good job which is too bad cause it’s a nice house. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Short trip to Twin Falls
We attempted to communicate with property manager/owner and no reply for the entire 5 day stay we were there. As previously mentioned by other reviewers, newer property with bare minimum things such as pans/pots. There was black mold inside the washing machine when we tried using it. Also previously noted by another reviewer, there was an indoor ring camera. Overall, average experience.

Amazing house!!
Everything was exactly as pictured. Games for the kids, a yard to play in and enough room for everyone. Great service and response times from the owners. Will stay here again for sure and tell everyone we know who is passing through to as well.

The property was great and this was my first time using this process. When we arrived the property had not been cleaned, all the beds had been slept in and bathrooms were dirty. I called the number given and he did respond right away and called back that someone would be by in the next hour or so. This person showed me that it was miscommunication and I know this happens. She made the beds and did laundry and left towels, ect in the dryer. The issue was I was told I would be refunded the cleaning fee and this has never happened. I have tried communicating and heard nothing which I find very disappointing. I can understand mix ups and would have given better ratings if they had just did what they promised.

Nice Home in a New Neighborhood
We stayed in this house so we could attend our father's funeral and prepare his estate. Our family converged from Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. The house served our purposes perfectly. The house is new and in a new neighborhood. As it was hot then, it was pleasing that the cooling system worked well. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. We appreciated the availability of the inflatable mattress. Egress was simple to Poleline Road. The kitchen was under-stocked for meal preparation. It could use some additional cooking wares. That wasn't a large impact for us as most of our meals were at our father's house. We were disturbed by the presence of an indoor Ring camera. We appreciated the no-shoes expectation. It is apparent that others did not honor it as the front room throw-rug could use some cleaning. Maybe that is why no-shoes was implemented. Finally, we missed garbage day. That could have been included in the correspondence. Should we need a long term stay in Twin Falls we would be happy to rent this house once again...should the owners want us.

BARE BONES!!!
It is a new home is a new neighborhood, so that part is nice. Beyond that, it did not have things in it that you would expect to have at a vrbo. There were 4 bath towels total for a 3 bed, 2 bath home. There was a leak in the water dispenser on the freezer door and when I opened it on the afternoon we arrived, water spilled all over the floor. My husband messaged the owner through the vrbo app the afternoon we arrived and he never got back to us for the entire time we were there. (5 nights). There weren’t hangers in the closets to hang any clothes, no cookie sheet, the pans looked old and all scratched up. The rug in the master bedroom curled upwards and we were afraid of tripping on it at night. Plates were all plastic and cheap. The backyard is cute and it would have been nice to sit outside, but there is not a single chair or place to sit on the patio in the backyard. With very little financial commitment and some thoughtfulness, the owner could make this a much nicer stay for someone. I’d recommend finding another rental in this neighborhood as it was a great location!

Beautiful units!
We rented both units for our family reunion at Shoshone Falls, and had 23 people stay. The units are very clean, nice layout, with air beds for all of the kids (summer party!!). We highly recommend!

We were able to visit CSI with our son, fly fish, see Shoshone Falls, and dine at the picturesque Elevation Restaurant all within our short 2 day stay. The host was informative and responsive and the home was perfect and comfortable. We did not cook or stay in the home much, but it it was quiet and a clean to come back to in the evenings. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location, clean newer duplex
The location is great and a nice neighborhood. Close to many conveniences. Very clean and new. It was stocked with the basics, but pretty sparse otherwise. If you think you need something specific for cooking, you might want to bring it.

Great family mini vaca
So happy with this property. It was exactly how it was represented online. Very family friendly with a pack in play already there. I had my 1 year old grand baby that visited. We loved the special touch of the owners reaching out to us to make sure all our needs were met. Love it! Great for families
