静かなホテル
3泊しました。値段的に、仕方ないかもしれませんが、タオルは、毎日かえてくれません。ボディソープむたもシャンプーも同じです。ネルソンマンデラ駅に近く、観光等には、一見便利に見えますが、このメトロという名のトラムは、時間によって全然来ないですし、超満員電車で乗るにそれなりの覚悟かいります。ホテル前のタクシーは、観光客とわかると絶対にメーター使いません。空港まで、30ディナールふっかけてきますので、気をつけて下さい。私は乗ってません。 周辺は、小綺麗なカフェ等はありません。メディナ近くの大通りに行かないと観光客が行きそうなレストラン等はないです。ただ、中心部から離れているので、夜は静かに寝られます。ホテルスタッフは英語もうまく、親切な方が多いです。

非常に清潔なホテル
ハビブ・ブルギバ通りなど中心部からは徒歩15分ほど離れていますが、非常に清潔なホテルです。スタッフもおおむね英語を話すことができますので、フランス語・アラビア語でのコミュニケーションが難しい場合でも、問題なく意思疎通できます。

The hotel is good as expected. the area is dead at night maybe it is because of Ramadan. you need a taxi to go anywhere including dining or shopping.

Overall great
I stay at dozens of ibis' hotels. The important things clean, good pressure and hot water, wifi, convenient charging ports, helpful. Never really been dissappointed. One improvement would be minifridge ( not stocked) in room

The room was not cleaned properly, found hair and nose boogers inside the bedsheet, shower was not clean,the cleaning lady just barged in the room without knocking while i was asleep the next day, asked her to come by later and i kept the cleaning sign on the door at noon when i left and to my surprise when i came back to the room at the end of the night the room was not cleaned. Cleaning staff has to be addressed!
