The Studio Superior is a lovely, brand-new, modern vacation home, ideal for vacations for two, beachfront, in Torre Ovo on the sea in Maruggio.
The apartment is simple and cozy, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the beaches of Puglia. There are: air conditioning, coffee maker, TV, mosquito nets, electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer, etc.
The vacation house accommodates up to 2 people. Pets are allowed.
Studio apartment with veranda for vacations in Torre Ovo, beachfront
The studio apartment is a single room, in which there is a double bed, closet, kitchenette with induction hob, TV, table and chairs for dining that can be put on the veranda for outdoor dining if necessary.
The apartment has a bathroom complete with sink, shower stall, toilet and hand shower.
The property has just been renovated and is tastefully furnished.
The surroundings of Miramare in Torre Ovo
The Miramare Superior Studio is located along Via delle Sirene, the seafront promenade of Torre Ovo. The complex is located right in front of Librari beach. There are clubs and bars nearby.
The nearest towns with all services are Marina di Lizzano, about 8 km away, and Campomarino di Maruggio, about 13 km away.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- In the bathroom there is no bidet, but a bidet sprayer.
