we stayed for 1 night, being my parents first time in asia and Japan i needed a hotel that fit the image my parents had of Japan. This hotel from the outside had a great feeling of a ryokan, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, they recommended a lovely restaurant to eat tempura, the public baths were very clean with very good water quality. the room were stayed in could accommodate 3 people and had lovely green tea and yukatas in various sizes prepared for us. the tatami was very soft and the beds were comfortable. We also opted for the japanese breakfast, which included many wonderful dishes and really soft salmon.
we were surprised by the bonus gift of a little name tag with our personal names engraved in them!
thank you for a lovely stay!
