I loved this place; the area is perfect to walk around with great eating places nearby. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I stayed in a hotel nearby and had the same safe feel without the up charge. My only complaint were the towels; they were not great at all. They seemed like old used towels that need to get update for sure. I travel with my own towels for this reason but that was the only bad thing at this place other than that everything else is amazing. I will definitely come back.

Great hotel in a very convinient area close to lots of dining, shopping and various other activities. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Used the pool area this time clean pool area nice for an afternoon swim. I have stayed in this hotel various times and will continue to come here and would recommend to anyone.

Good stay/location / limited parking

We have stayed here before, the staff can be a hit or miss, friendly on most occasions but the complete opposite on at least one occasion. The place is centrally located, close to restaurants, shopping and not far from main roads/freeway. The rooms are clean, and includes a small size kitchen with fridge/stove/sink (cookware and utensils must be requested from the front desk) which we have not had the chance to use it so cannot rate on that, but could be a bonus to have. Parking is very limited, so leaving throughout the day or late check ins could be tricky!

The hotel is great and in a great location close to everything from shopping to eating. Know there’s a bridge so you can go walking to the mall. Very convenient. I like this place the only thing is the parking is not that big specially for a truck. Other than that is a great place to stay.

I love the coffee shop in front of property. Local food truck vendors walking distance. Lion Fish restaurant on the side (my favorite restaurant in TJ!). And not to mention, the flower stand in front of hotel. Everything was just perfect for us.

I enjoyed my stay, specially I liked that each room has a full size fridge and microwave. It was very clean however the toilet was leaking a little bit of water from underneath. Other than that, everything was fine.
