駅から近く、ホテル周辺に飲食店も多いので、ライデンを拠点に観光するにはよい。部屋はシングルルームのせいか、シンプルでコンパクト。でも、アメニティは一通りそろっている。ただ、机がない部屋だったので、PC作業をするには不便だった。 チェックインが遅い場合、フロントスタッフがいないので、玄関に書かれた電話番号に電話をかけて、リモートで玄関を開けてもらうので、このスタイルは戸惑った。また、チェックイン用のキーメールが、チェックイン３日後に届いたのは困る。これがチェックイン前に届いていれば戸惑うことはなかった。ただ、この件をのぞけば、ホテルスタッフとの事前のメールのやりとりやレスポンスはよかった。 宿泊階のWi-Fiが不調だったが、翌朝、ホテルスタッフに知らせたところ、迅速に状況を確認してくれて、夜戻ってきたときには、問題は解決していた。

Nice hotel in the old town.
The hotel is a 10-minite walk from the station. The room was nice and clean. It would have been better for me, if the room had been equipped with a coffee maker!

駅近くで観光拠点にも使えます
出張で利用しました。駅から歩いて5－6分で、繁華街にもほど近い場所です。周囲に大麻などを扱うコーヒーショップがあるので少し不安でしたが、広い通りに面しているし、特に問題はありませんでした。１Fにレストランとカフェがあり、朝食は少し高めの15ユーロですが、ゆっくりできました。

おすすめのこじんまりしたホテル
夜20時過ぎに着いたので、周りはすでに暗くなっておりレストランの選択の余地なくホテルで。ライデンの駅前という便利な場所か、あるいは大学の落ち着いた雰囲気、を期待するなら、別ホテルがよいかもしれない。駅から徒歩10分は重いトランクを持っておれば、歩きにくい歩道なので道のりが遠く感じられるかもしれないい。ホテル全体的は清潔感があり、ベッドは大きく、部屋は落ち着いた雰囲気で満足でした。ただバイキングとはいえ、あの程度の朝食が別料金で12ユーロとなると割高に感じられる。

Check-in was a bit rough. That day I was flying from another country, thus once arriving at the hotel around 17:00 I saw a locked entrance door - I was a bit surprised. Fortunately, I had a phone with international SIM, thus I was able to call the "night shift" number, then they let me in remotely. So, this was only one "bad surprise". Everything was good.

Nice location, comfortable room
Great location, close to the train station and in the old inner city. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom with horrible lighting. The lights bedside weren’t great either but it was a very nice room. The staff was great also.

This is a nice hotel located near the center of Leiden and its Central Station. The reception staff was very kind and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again if I were to return to Leiden.

The hotel and the room are excellent, great room with enough space. For the situation, you are near the traitn station, but there are a few cafés around. Being there for 4-5 nights, one night the buzz was strong on the street, that was a little disturbing; but with earplugs and the vent, I was okay. You also have a balcony and in the heart, so there is two dises to this. Service was kind; I stll recommand it!

Excellent location within walking distance from the station, yet not seedy like a "train station" neighbourhood. Windmill Museum and shops and restaurants and canals all right there. The hotel is dated but super clean. Wifi was crappy. Staff was friendly and present only in the mornings. Avoid room 108 - the largest - if you want privacy - it is big and bright, but literally they have set up picnic tables on the patio that can look directly into your room, into your bathroom, onto your bed, if your blinds aren't completely closed.

Great place to stay for a night
The hotel uses online check-in. You get sent a link to open the various doors. It's practical but there is no one on hand to answer any questions. (We struggled a bit with the lights.) The room was very comfortable though and the location was very convenient. It suited our purposes very well but might book something else if I was looking for a place to stay for multiple nights.

Die Lage ist fast unschlagbar, der Zugang über zugeschickten Link auch reibungslos. Das Zimmer selbst war für eine Nacht in Ordnung, allerdings ist der Zuschnitt nicht gerade einladend, man bekommt Tageslicht über schmalen Gang. Teppichboden für Allergiker nicht so prickelnd.

Personeel was vriendelijk, de kamer was alleen heel anders dan de foto’s op Expedia. De foto’s waren licht en met uitzicht op de molen en straat, maar de hotelkamer was donker en had een geprinte foto voor het raam. Dat was een enorme teleurstelling. Ik had deze kamer niet gekozen als deze foto’s wel online hadden gestaan. Ook was er de hele nacht een storend gebrom te horen wat niet kon worden uitgezet. De omgeving van het Hotel was mooi en er is heel veel te doen op loopafstand.

Kleines nettes Hotel. Sehr zentral.
Nettes Hotel, sehr zentral. Hatten Zimmer zur Straße, daher auch Nachts sehr laut. Bei 2 Tagen noch gerade erträglich. Bei längeren Aufenthalt nervig. Parkplatz außerhalb für 12,50 € pro Tag, durch kostenlosen Busservice kein Problem.

Barátságos, tiszta, fantasztikus helyen!!!
A három csillaggal ellentétben én +1 csillagot adnék a jó izléssel berendezett, szépen kialakított szobára. Kifogástalan tisztaság, remek, változatos, bőséges reggeli, kedves kiszolgálás. A szemközti sörözőbőlsokszor hallatszik a jókedvű baráti társaságok nevetése.

I did not think it was possible to have a hotel room this small. The coffee pot was put on the window sill because there was no room to put it anywhere else. The toilet was next the tiny, single (not twin!) bed. There was barely room to stand when you were not lying on the bed. Also, while checkout was at 11am, they would only keep luggage till 2pm as the staff would disappear by then. Overall, a strange, inhospitable experience. Staff, when there, was great. The location is also great. But Leiden is small, and there are plenty of wonderful hotels around.

Mooie kamer ! Was erg druk bij de ingang met mensen en kinderwagens die denk ik niet in het hotel logerende. Bali medewerker was niet erg vriendelijk. Erg jammer . De kamer was erg mooi en netjes !
