全体的には良いホテルだと思うが、施設が若干古くなっていてあちこち傷んだ所があるのに、手入れが疎かなのが残念な点。でも交通の便や立地は良い。レストランなども近くに沢山あるので、不自由しない。サービスも一流ホテルと言ってよいと思う。

全体的に良かったです

全体的に快適に過ごさせて頂きました。１点だけですが、食事は和食でしたが、調味は台湾風で微妙に「和風」とは違うかなと思いました。ですので、「和風」であれば和風の調味に拘って頂ければと思います。その他はスタッフの皆さんも親切で、楽しく過ごさせて頂きました。ありがとうございました。

何から何まで大満足のホテルでした。ロケーション：大通り沿いに面していますが、お部屋は非常に静かです。中山駅まで歩いて5分位でしょうか。駅との間には、ダイソーなど便利なお店が色々あるので、ついつい立ち寄ってしまいます(笑)　朝から夜まで治安もよく、中山エリアにもタクシーやUberでサクッと行けますし、中山以外のエリアにも電車やタクシーのアクセスが良くて、NOストレスです。ショッピング＆グルメ：三越や誠品生活中山駅前にあるので、オシャレなお買い物にも便利ですし、三越の横の通りはオシャレな洋服屋さんや、行列（特にラーメンの行列店が多かった）のできていたお店がたくさんありました。ホテル内：ホテルのスタッフは、本当に皆さんホスピタリティが高く、気持ちよく過ごせました。日本語がまだ上手じゃないスタッフも、片言ながら一生懸命日本語で話してくれて感じがいいです。 20Fにはスパだけでなく、大浴場（銭湯のような個別の椅子に座った洗い場ではなく大きなお風呂の方に個別のシャワーブースが3つ）もあるので女子旅の場合は、大浴場で一緒に入ってのんびり過ごせます。バスタオルは使い放題。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、ボディーローションがあります。とはいえ、お部屋のお風呂も素敵なので、大浴場と部屋風呂を一日ずつ楽しみました。あと、シャワーが天井からのシャワーと手でもつシャワーが一緒になってるのですが、レバーがとても分かりやすく、間違って冷水が頭から降ってくることがないです（笑）お部屋が清潔なのは言うまでもないです。為替レート：全然悪くなかったので、足りなくなったらすぐに替えられたので便利です。まだまだお伝えしたいことはありますが、この辺で。上記の快適さを考えると宿泊費はとてもコスパがいいと思いました。次回の台湾旅もこちらのホテルをリピろうと思います。

ホテルのアメニティが充実しており、スタッフの対応も行き届いていてホスピタリティ溢れておりとても快適でした。スリッパやバスローブも準備されていて、さすが日本のホテルという感じでした。 20Fの大浴場は、入浴する方のマナーが？？脱衣所でケータイはダメでしょ。注意して欲しいなとは思いました。サウナは温度がぬるめでととのうまでにはいかないですが、水風呂は12℃代で充分冷たかったです。
