We had a very poor visit. We were given a disabled room, the fixtures and fittings in the room were not the same ‘gold finish’ as a normal room Bd the bed was not the queen bed we’d paid for. We were finally moved on our last night, the difference in room was astonishing and I was angry we’d been fobbed off for other nights. When we checked out they tried to charge us for dinning in the restaurant, and practically called us liars when we said we hadn’t dined there. ‘ I was told you must of forgotten’ . They spent 30mins looking through receipts which proved someone else had given the wrong room number. No apology given. The location was good. But we wouldn’t stay here again, I’m requesting a refund I was so upset with this hotel. The pool is tiny, and I’ve pictures of broken sunbeds. Not the 5 star as advertised. Disabled room a 3 at most.

We loved our stay at Vibe. We felt very welcome and the staff are always very helpful. Our room was beautifully presented and cleaned each day. Only feedback I’d have is the cleanliness around the pool area is a bit lacking. Seems this gets done late in the day so often we got to the pool in the morning with no towels available and dishes lying around. Despite that would stay here again!

The location was good within easy walking distance of Darling Harbour. The facilities were clean and tidy. The food and service at breakfast was very good. However, dinner in the restaurant in the evening was awful. Very poor service and terrible food. The hotel did refund me the money for the dinner. I would consider staying there again, but definitely will not be having dinner!

I liked the location, the room, very nice. However, first day when I came back around 4pm my room was not cleaned, they have had since 8 in the morning to clean. I had to ask for the room to Be cleaned at that time. They only made the bed. Next morning I informed the reception and I asked trot the room to be cleaned before 3pm. They did that, however, no dirty glasses, coffee cups or trash was removed. They did not fill up with more Coffee. Again I had to ask the reception to fix this while I was out for dinner.. I will not say here again.

Close to Darling Harbour, china town, Paddy’s market, Town hall station and George St shopping. Modern rooms which are compact but comfortable. Has a small rooftop pool with limited loungers, which get pretty crowded during the afternoon. Overall good value for the location.

I have stayed in lots of hotels in and around the city area, ranging from 4 to 5 stars. If I had to rate this hotel it'll be probably worth 2 stars. The toilet sink kept on continuously blocking without any reason, the hotel couldn't find the maintenance team to fix the situation. We had to wait an hour to get someone to help out fixing the situation. Secondly, the beds were so uncomfortable, they had 2 single beds to make up 1 double bed. If you twist and turn you'll fall inbetween the mattresses, wasn't fun sleeping there at all. The only things were good there was the closeness of the Sydney Harbour and the shopping centres.

Awesome hotel overall
Nice hotel. The vibe is kind of luxurious and pretty chill overall. The decoration is awesome and I am always looking forward to have a nice bathroom and I was not disappointed that time. The bathrooms are amazingly clean and very well furnished. It is very well located and it is super convenient to be there to have a nice dinner out or to plan an activity outside. I’ve been told that the rooftop pool was heated which wasn’t the case when I went for a swim. Also I was entitled a bottle of wine and they didn’t notice that so I had to ask for it at the front desk. But that’s no worries at all as the apologised and still gave me a bottle of wine when I asked for it.

When I arrived my room had a used towel in it and the heater was on. The reception staff moved me straight away. House keeping is always late and the room was almost always made up after 3pm.

The Vibe Hotel Darling Harbour is in walking distance to shopping, rocks market,paddys market, Darling Harbour was very convenient to stay there. The Gym should be open 24hours, 6.00am is not a convenient time when you're on holidays and want a workout for 2 hours, it breaks into your day too much. we found the Staff friendly and accommodating. We would stay at Vibe again.

Rooms were well appointed and very quiet. We stayed in a balcony room on the third floor, the balcony was a good size and very private. Room was clean and had plenty of storage and space. Staff were very friendly on check-in. Hotel is within walking distance to Darling Harbour, Paddy's Markets and transport options including train and light rail stops. Had breakfast at the cafe on site and it was very good.
