Short Get Away

We were looking for a weekend spot to take some time away from the northern weather and this spot was just perfect for us. The location was centralized and we didnt have to travel far to do the things we wanted too. Plus it was a bonus that across the street there is a nice icecream shop and the beach is a short 5min walk from the retreat.

Boutique Beach Retreat is a gem of a spot for a family traveling on a budget! We loved how convenient the location was for walking to the beach, shops, dinner and coffee. Our kids spent hours in the very nicely heated salt water pool every day. The unit was very clean and comfortable as well as the staff being very friendly. We loved everything about our stay! The only suggestion I would have is to add a wine bottle opener to the kitchen. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Girls weekend

cute little place for girls weekend. Location was great, right across from beach access. We stayed in #10, which could definitely use a facelift. Couch had seen better days, the "barn door" separating the bedroom and living room kept falling off. I would recommend more mirrors. Only mirror was very small one in bathroom and big mirror over the couch in living area, but couldn't use that to get ready, apply make-up. Bathroom was teeny. It was a bit small for 4 people. Owners were very accommodating and helpful.

Nice location and room

Room was wonderful, plenty of space and everything worked and was clean. Loved there were beach things and a coin laundry available. Pool was lovely to dip in and out of, there isnt a lot of room for sunbeds but we got one of the 5 available when we wantef them. All the people that work there are brilliant, helpful and friendly, always happy to stop and chat. Its a boutique hotel so not many rooms and the sound does travel, we had a wedding party staying who were helped by the staff to find the balance between their vacation and others enjoyment. Similarly a 3.30am arrival was very inconsiderate but the staff can't do much about the selfishness of the guests but being small you do hear more. A nice location with the beach across the easy to cross main road, a number of restaurants/bars in 15 mins walk, a circle k next door and a delish icecream shop across the street.

Perfect Get-A-Way

This was the perfect location for my nieces graduation trip. She was looking for a fun beach and pool adventure. The weather was perfect. If it did rain we were able to enjoy shopping at the John's Pass. We also had a great trip with Hubbard's Marina Dolphin Watch adventure. Was a 10 out of 10 experience.
