Good choice for a guest house. Close to train station, 10 minute walk to centre of town, 20 minute walk to beach. All similar properties seem to be on edge of town, big hotels by seafront.

Just Perfect
Perfect. Holly lodge is just perfect. The room is small but spacious as they use all space saving storage. It was really clean and a comfy bed. Drinks provided, good communication. Ideal for our stay. Would definitely recommend

Very clean, room was smaller than expected, not really adequate for two people, would be fine for a lone visitor. Area a bit run down. Felt quite impersonal as no reception or staff in attendance for the entire visit.

It was a modern and spacious room with a kettle, fans for the heat and a fridge which was such a bonus. Tea and coffee in ample supply. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Definitely should be applying for four rooms as this B&B is special

Check in 4pm waste of day keys given room not ready breakfast 1/2 hr slot rooms grubby room noicy when going to toilet and putting light on .1 person done it all rooms breakfast cleaning .so breakfast cold toast out after breakfast .told us hes selling so no repect.would definitely not go back

very very average
This guest house was quite poor really. The room was small and the decor was as old as my grandma. I asked about the breakfast times and he said he said it was between 08.30 and 09.00. This is not acceptable when people have to be up for work, I mean a half hour window for breakfast isn't good at all. The local area is run down and dont be fooled by the free parking, there is room for 3 vehicles backing onto a busy main rd. I'm disappointed with hotels.com too, people deserve better for their money .

the sharing of bathroom wasnt good the bed was uncomfortable and the tv remote didnt turn the tv off so had to turn off at switch which was on wall above wardrobe so had to climb on chair to turn off on breakfast was dissapointing and even though i was paying for it i was asked whether id like one or not also cant check in till after 4 so was walking round weston with luggage for 4 hours

Man that ran the place was as congenial as a scrubber brush. Never turned the heat on. Since it was 0° that night, I slept in full clothes and jacket. Booked 2 nights but paid for another lodge for the 2nd night. Beds and bedding were worn out and unclean. The only way to lock the door was with a key on the inside. I believe this is a health and safety issue as you can not readily get out of the room quickly.Other than that it was great!

Very comfortable stay.
The venue was very clean and comfortable. A warm welcome awaited us and all the necessary facilities were there to make a pleasant stay. The property is a short walk from the town centre. Breakfast was very good standard and included all the elements of full English. I would recommend Holly Lodge and if I return to Weston super mare in the future, I will book there again.

The host was very helpful. I arrived at 9pm and it was a last minute booking. The room was ready and I had a good nights sleep. I shared a bathroom which is something I do not enjoy but it was very close to the room so not a big deal. The price was very reasonable.
