ロケーションが最高！部屋用にクロックスがいります。シャワーの角度が絶妙でトイレがびちゃびちゃになりますw数匹ベビーゴキちゃんがいますが比較的綺麗です！何よりお土産購入先で定番のムスタファセンターまで1分もかかりません！ケンチキ、サブウェイが入ってるモールが向かいにあって、食堂もあるので現地ご飯も食べ慣れたご飯もどっちでも安心です。虫さえ気にならなかったら最高のホテルです！！

3名okなので利用しましたが、びっくりするほど狭かったです。特にシャワールーム！フロントの方は親切だし、タオルやシーツを毎日替えてくれたとこがよかった。

ファミリールームは…

地下鉄ファーラーパーク駅から程近い、ちょっと古めのホテル。三人で宿泊した為、3ベッドのファミリールームを選択したところ、到着して部屋に入ったら窓が無かった。寝具やタオルは清潔で、スタッフもフレンドリーな感じで親切なのはとても良かった。バスルームが少々狭いのも値段相応なので問題無し。すぐ近くにムスタファショッピングセンターがあるので色々と便利です^ ^

泊まるだけなら十分

価格なりのホテルです。初めからそういう認識なら、泊まるだけならなんの問題もありません。立地は24時間営業しているムスタファセンターのすぐ近く。ペーパーチキンで有名なヒルマンレストランも至近です。

窓を施錠する鍵が装着されていない。

下記の問題以外はgoodでした。午後11時30頃、外の状況を見よとカーテンを開けた時に見つけました。それは、窓を施錠する鍵が装着されていません。まるで、施錠できない公衆トイレに入ったときの危機感と不快感をいだきました。　朝までぐっすりと寝れなかったことは言うまでもありませんが、

ショッピングにはとても立地が良いけれど、難あり

日本のドンキをさらに巨大にしたような２４時間営業の「ムスタファ・センター」まで徒歩１～２分。スーパーやフードコートがある「シティ・スクエア・モール」も目の前にあり、立地は抜群に良い。地下鉄の駅「ファラーパーク」までも徒歩５分圏内。朝食はついてなくても、近くに開放的な食堂がたくさんあるので、早朝から深夜まで、３～５シンガポールドルで中華系ラーメンを食べられる。しかし、惜しむらくはシャワーが便器の上にあるような構造で、シャワーを浴びると便器がいつもべちゃべちゃ。電気湯沸かし器のようなものが付いているのに、どう操作してもスイッチが入らず水だけしか出ない。シンガポールは暑いので、エアコンを入れないと寝られない。ところが冷風がベッドを直撃するような配置になっており、風邪ひいちゃうよこれじゃあ。おまけに、寝るときに明かりを消そうと室内のスイッチをすべて押してみたが、どうしても室内の半分までしか消えない。どうなってんだこりゃあ？

立地条件も良く居心地の良いホテルでした。

日本人はほとんど泊まらないホテルだったようですが、ムスタファセンターにも歩いてすぐ行ける、駅からも近く、駅直結のビルの地下を通れば、雨などにもほとんど濡れずにホテルまで行けるし、そのビルの地下にはスーパーも入っているし(ただし、リトルインディア付近の駅なため、アルコール販売は21時で終わるスーパーでしたが)、とても快適で困ることないホテルでした。次回も必ず宿泊したいと思います(*^^*) ありがとうございました〜♡

mixed feelings here. hotel is very outdated, ac was leaking intermittently during my stay. staff was pleasing, tried to accommodate my requests and concerns. the best part is the location, being in little india. there is the century square mall just across the site, then a lot of food and shopping options around the area.

The room too small. Bathroom to not have a place to hang clothes. The shower head is too high and everything inside get wet when showering.

My second time at this hotel and it is at a very strategic location with MRT stations nearby, a mall just directly opposite and plenty of food stalls around. Great place to stay.

Needs more improvement

Room smells bad, no ventilation, air-conditioning is very slow, toilet and shower has a very limited space, I have noticed that housekeeping did not wash our cups, poor housekeeping. The only thing which I think most will agree is that it is near the mall and MRT. And Mustafa center. For those who plan to stay in the hotel, bring along your own bath soap and shampoo. Toothbrush and toothpaste is also provided at the front desk upon request, as well as hotel sleepers. These things should be automatically provided in the room and not by through request.

Air conditioner was not function well and we were feeling so hot in the room. However, the water flow from water heater pump was too weak and low. There was no other available room for exchange anymore thus there may need more improvement on these amenities if unable to change room. But I like the location of this hotel because it is nearby MRT station.

Its a clean compact hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff, close to great indian resturants around muftasa center. Isnt higher star but has what you need.

Hotel is located strategically opposite of City Square Mall and a 5-min walk to the Farrer Park MRT station. The hypermarket Mustafa Centre is also nearby and you can get literally anything there. Don't have anything much to complain about the room except that you can find ants lingering around the fridge but that's not a major inconvenience at all

Location is good. Basic amenities such as space to keep luggage was missing. We booked a family room; they added a bed on the side turning it into a family room leaving absolutely no space to keep suitcases. We had to push the beds together and to the wall to manage some space.
