1泊ごと別々の部屋を予約で２泊連泊したが、２日目のホテル建屋と部屋が変更になるアナウンスがチェックインの時点で無かった。そのために気付かず同じ部屋に連泊てしまった。2日目の部屋のほうが料金の高い部屋だったらしく、もったいないことをしてしまった。部屋が変わることをチェックイン時に教えて欲しかった。

Dear Mr Hirayama, We are sorry that we were not able to live up to your expectation. For clarity, your booking was made for separate rooms on concurrent nights. As it was Khmer New Year we blocked off the 2nd category of room for you as we were full, but you refused to move and wanted to stay in the same room which we understand after a long day of touring, but we had already blocked the room so charge for the higher category of room was necessary as we had already turned guests away to keep the room for you. 大人のためのスタイリッシュなホテル
お洒落なホテルでした。客室も共用部分も綺麗で快適。プールは小さめなので向かいのシンタマニシャックの方が雰囲気は良いです。両方のホテルの施設を利用できます。 ホスピタリティに関しては沢山のレビューにあるように素晴らしく心地いいです。高級でスタイリッシュなホテルでありながら気取った感じもなく何より皆さん楽しそうにお仕事されてるのが印象的でした。オーナーや従業員教育が素晴らしいのだと思います。 遺跡巡りやバブストリート方面に行く為にホテルの車やトゥクトゥクを使用でき便利です。

初めてのシュリムアップ。 友達に勧められたのが、パークハイアットとこちらのホテル。 パークハイアットは街中、こちらは少し外れ。 こじんまりしたブティックホテル。 開放感は無いので、開放感を求める方は違うと思います。 おもてなし、朝食はカンボジアではレベルの高い方なのでは？と予測します。

きっと、落ち着いた滞在が約束されます
皆さんが書かれている通り、スタッフの方々がとても感じよく接してくれます。客室数が少ないので、がやがやすることは全くなく、静かに過ごすことが出来ます。客層はカップル、ファミリー、友人（？）いろいろでした。部屋からの眺めはそれぞれ異なるかと思いますが、私達の宿泊したスーペリアの二階の部屋は向かいのホテルのバーやスパに行く通路側だったため外から丸見えのようでした。滞在中はずっとレースのカーテンをしていました。クロヤのレストランは雰囲気も良く、食事も大変美味しかったです。料金も決して高くはありませんがそれなりですので、節約したい方はあまりおすすめは出来ません。ずっと泊まってみたいホテルでしたので、念願も叶い、いい滞在が出来ました。

クチコミ通りのホテル
スタイリッシュなデザインのホテルです。全体として、コンパクトにまとめられています。 客室の電灯が1箇所切れていたのは残念でした。 スタッフのホスピタリティはクチコミ通り、最高です。最後の日も、チェックアウト後にプールに入りたいと申し出たら、シャワーを利用するのに別の部屋を用意してくれました。 そして最後、ホテルを離れるときも、大勢のスタッフが私たちを見送ってくれました。

この価格でこのサービスは素晴らしい
朝食は最高においしかったです。バフェ以外にメニューがあり、そこから好きなものを注文できます。麺が４種類あり、どれもとてもおいしかったです。スタッフがとても愛想よく、かつしっかりとしたサービスをしてくれました。最終日は夜のフライトだったので丸一日ありました。相談するとホテルの車をチャーター（有料、ベンツ）させてくれました。おかげで、ガイドツアーで心残りだったところを全部回れました。夕方に帰ってくると、チェックアウトしてあったのに、シャワー用に別の部屋を用意してくれました。これでこの価格はすばらしいです。ただ、これだけのことをしてもらうには、こちらにも英語力が必要です。

前回、シェムリアップに訪問した時に下見していて次回は絶対に宿泊をと思い念願がかないました。 ホテルの外装、又オープンになっているティーラウンジ。稀に見るデザイン性、素敵な揺れるソファー、憧れな場所に ひと時を過ごすことができ幸せでした。お部屋の雰囲気は黒を基調にした落ち着きのあるスペース。 お部屋に入った瞬間、素敵なＢＧＭが流されていて、最高でした。コーヒーメーカーも備え付けられ、冷蔵庫の中の飲み物もフリードリンクでした。朝食もヘルシーメニューで満足のゆく内容でした。サービスもとても良いです。私はマンゴティーがとても気に入り調達方法を聞いたところ、サービスの方が乾燥したマンゴティーをプレゼントして下さいました。 ホスピタルティーの良さ、感激です！外のラウンジにてのお茶も（スパークリングでしたが（笑））最高に幸せな気分でした。 場所もとても便利な所に有りながら、夜も静かでぐっすり睡眠できました。 今回はシンタマニクラブでしたが、次はリゾートの方にも宿泊したいと思います。 お薦めなホテルです！

サービスにケチった所がなく、立地の良いホテル
リゾートとクラブで４泊しました。リゾートはプールビューのバルコニーも有りお勧めです。クラブはバルコニーの無い部屋がほとんどで、プールも小さく日当たりも悪いのでお勧め出来ません。ただ、クラブのシャワーとサービスは満足の出来るものです。共にバスタブは無しでした。クラブの隣が工事中で騒音多し。リゾートの隣が郵便局で便利、シヴァタ通りからホテルまでの道が夜は１人で歩く気がしない。プールサイドでタオル使い放題、ホテルに帰ってくるとドアマンが冷たいオシボリのサービスなど、ツボを押さえたサービスとスタッフの熱心さには感動。朝食も美味しくお勧め出来ます。

夏休みのアンコール遺跡観光の際に、ホテル滞在も楽しみたいと思い、宿泊者の高かったこのホテルを利用しました。１番満足度が高かったのはスタッフの接客でした。日本語は一切通じなったので少し不便でしたが、つたない英語でも親切に対応して頂き、素晴らしい旅行ができました。ロケーションは大通りから少し入ったところにあるので、夜に歩いて帰ると怖いところでしたが、繁華街からも近く、良いロケーションでした。

一人旅の利用でしたが、大きすぎるベッドを考慮してくれ、エキストラベッドを入れてくれてました。結果、エキストラベッドは、使わず片付けてもらったのですが。。。その心遣いが嬉しかったです。 部屋のミニバーが無料です。アンコールビールなど…水もあります。 プールサイドのバーで、カクテル2杯飲んだら1杯無料というハッピーアワーを、17〜19時でやっていました。 朝食も、飽きるという口コミがありましたが、お粥、クイティウ、自家製パンなど盛り沢山でした。 シャンパンやチーズもありました。 バスタブが、無いのだけが残念です。

スタッフの気遣いが素晴らしいホテル
　エクスペディアさんでプールビューの部屋を予約していたのですが、案内されたのは２回のバックヤードの部屋でした。大晦日ということもありクレームはつけませんでしたが、かなり残念でした。 　ディナーをホテルのレストランでとりましたが、屋外の席を予約したらブランコの席に案内してくれ、ムード満点でした。 　部屋のテレビではNHKも映り、紅白歌合戦をみてしまいました。翌日アンコールワットの朝日鑑賞を予定していたので早く寝ましたが、夜中に近くで花火があがり、うるさかったです。 　チェックアウトのあと、時間があったためプールサイドのソファでひまをつぶしていたら、スタッフが氷水をもってきてくださり、ありがたかったです。このあと別のホテルに移動したのですが、多くのスタッフが手を振って送ってくれました。

アンコールワットマラソンに参加するため宿泊いたしました。初めての滞在でしたが、非常に快適なホテルです。世界中のホテルを泊まりあるいてるのですが、ホスピタリティが素晴らしく、かゆいところに手が届くホテルです。帰りのフライトが夜だったのでレイトチェクアウトを申し出たのですが、部屋がいっぱいだったので2時まで延長してもらい、その後、アンコールワットを観光して、6時に戻ってきました。後2時間ほど食事でもして時間を潰そうとしてた所、スタッフから声をかけられ、たった2時間のために、向かいのホテルに部屋利用できるとの事。おかげでシャワーも浴びる事もでき部屋で食事もとれ、癒された気分で帰る事ができました。

とにかくシュムリアップ一、素敵なホテル！
あまり大きすぎないホテルなので、スタッフの連携がとれていて、宿泊者の顔を覚えてくれます。部屋は綺麗で快適、お食事はおいしく、朝食を食べるレストランは最高です。部屋はあまり大きくないけれど、間取りがいいので、逆に使いやすいです。プールは小さいけれど、それなりに楽しめます。そして、立地が最高です。オールドマーケットあたりまでは歩けて、スーパーは近い、ミュージアムやアンコールワットあたりにはトゥクトゥクで行けます。大抵のホテルは大通りに面しているけれど、このホテルは、一本道を中に入ることから、静かな時間を過ごせます。とにかくお気に入りのホテルになったので、同じところにリピートしない私が、次回必ずリピートすると決めたホテルです。今年中に、向かいの旧館のリニューアルが終わるらしいので、そうなると、レストラン等の幅が広がり、楽しみです。

夏休みを利用して利用しました。何よりもサービスの良さと、従業員のレベルの高さに驚かされました。スタッフもレセプションを初め、館内、食堂など比較的多く配置されていて、無駄な動きもなく、お客様へのおもてなしを最優先にしていると感じました。部屋のインテリアもシックに落ち着いていて、また利用したいと思えるホテルです。年間の3分の1はホテルを点々としていますが、高いだけのホテルとは違う、今まで宿泊した中でも5本指に入るくらい、素晴らしいホテルでした。

ホテルの清潔さ、スタッフの対応ともに素晴らしホテルです。ホテル内は良い香りに満たされ、観光で疲れて戻ってきた時にはとても癒されます。大型ホテルのような騒がしさがないくリラックスできます。ただ日本語は全く通じないので、英語が多少なりともできないと困るかもしれません。

朝食は充実。部屋はおしゃれ。パブストリートへも歩いていける距離(ただし、面倒になって二回目以降はトゥクトゥクを使う程度)。スタッフは素朴で感じがいい。 ただし、空港へのタクシーをお願いしたら、タクシーは10分くらい待つからと言って、提携先？(ホテルロゴTシャツ着てた)のトゥクトゥクを薦められた。騙すというより、こちらはいかがですか！　見たいな素朴な感じなので受け入れた。そういう素朴さ。感じは悪くない。むしろ素直で好感？ 風呂は遺跡風のシャワーで若干不便だがそれっぽいので風情はあり、広いので二人で同時にってのも容易かな？ ただ、トイレと洗面台とシャワーの間仕切りもないので、落ち着かないかも。 プールは一部の部屋からの通り道、かつ中庭なので周りの目を気にする人には利用しにくいかも。 風呂周りの構造から、カップルで、という印象ですね。 立派ですが、カンボジアということを考えるとコストパフォーマンスはイマイチか。9000円を高いと思わない感覚ならお勧め。高くても凄くいいところに、という感覚なら微妙かな。

This was a 5 star experience from greeting and check in to our departure 3 days later. Just Wow! Would recommend and stay there again. Special thanks to Jack at the front desk as well as the rest of the front desk staff who were kind, available and ready to help in any way possible including first aid. Thanks so much.

We stayed four nights. First when we just arrived the staff makes you feel you arrived home with welcome drink and cold refreshing towels. We got rooms near the swimming pool with back door allowing you to go directly to the pool. The food was good with lot's of options the hotel arrange all your trips in Siem Reap and also activities like cooking class and tea cermony that occur in hotel. Bottom line the hotel is simply great and i will recomand anyone considering visit Siem Reap to invest more money per night and get a once in a lifetime experience

The staff were very welcoming. The property is well kept. I felt like it was a bit too much of lemon grass aroma at times but nothing that would stop me from going to this hotel again.
