We had a wonderful time. The desk staff, bar staff, restaurant staff, and maid/turn down service were excellent. We look forward to staying here again. We felt so relaxed and rested when we got back home. Please share our appreciation for a wonderful time to the entire staff.

Nice building and location. Everything is impeccably clean and staff is very nice. However: the beds are not great (too soft and squeaky) and the breakfast is a joke given the price (paid 80 Euros for two though we did not have a lot of food). Overall too expensive for what you get

Amazing property and the staff were very friendly, personable and make our experience staying at Mercer Seville very memorable. Amazing boutique hotel perfect for a city break
Amazing boutique hotel a short walk away from the main attractions. Rooms are very clean and complimentary soft drinks in minibar & Nespresso are a lovely touch. Service is amazing. Breakfast is the best start to the day (a la carte and can order anything you wish). Service and staff are incredible; being a boutique hotel you are very well looked after. The team made all of our reservations.

The staff was amazing. They assisted us in finding two of the best restaurants on our month holiday between Portugal and Spain. The breakfast was fantastic with every option you could want and first class service. The hotel is an old mansion that was converted so elegant and quaint with only 11 rooms. Thus, the staff knew you by name which was a really nice touch. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect for couples
Everything about our stay was perfect. Easy check in, welcome cocktails, incredible service from all the staff and the location was perfect. Right in the centre but without the noise.

I can not say enough amazing things about our stay at the Hotel Mercer. The hotel is a boutique hotel, with a total of 12 rooms, therefore the service is very personalized. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay is perfect. Before our arrival, the hotel made dinner reservations for my 15 year old daughter and I, set up both a private tour and our PCR testing which was one less thing we had to think about. The hotel kept me routinely updated to ensure that all my inquiries were answered before our arrival, including COVID questions. The staff truly makes you feel at home, answers any questions you may have and are very professional. The rooms are impeccable and are a generous size. They also have a pool at the rooftop where you forget you are in a major city. The hotel's location is great since its on a quiet street yet close to all the main historical attractions, shopping areas and Triana, all of which are in walking distance. Seville is an amazing city but the staff at Hotel Mercer made it an exceptional trip. I highly recommend this hotel

Best boutique hotel in town. Exclusive and attention to details. Very personalized. The room is amazing from the bed, the linens to the bathroom which is gorgeous. Highly recommended if you are in Seville.

1년에 30일만 비가 온다는 세비야에서 비를 만난 건 행운인 것 처럼 잊지 못할 시간을 보냈습니다! 천고가 높아 답답하지 않아 좋았고요 욕실이며 창문 까지 챙겨봐주는 하우스키퍼의 섬세함이 좋았습니다 그리구 화이트 컬러 바지만 챙겨가 비때문에 얼룩이 많이 묻어 세탁을 맡겼는데요 아주 깔끔하게 세척을 해 주어 다음 여행지에서도 잘 입었습니다! 아침 조식을 먹으러 내려 갓을 때에도 아주 친절하게 안내 해 주는 지배인의 배려도 잊지 못할 거 같아요 스페인에서 일주일동안 머무르며 제일 인상이 남는 호텔로 기억되었답니다 5주년 결혼 기념 여행이였는데 다음에 기회가 된다면 다시 찾고 싶어요 :)

It is a unique place that has the original columns and interiors from the previous owner. Service was phenomenal and we enjoyed our stay very much. It only has 12 rooms and everything is so personal and very private. I would definitely go back if I visit Seville in future.

Small chic hotel near main attractions of Sevilla. Very attractive lobby, bar and restaurant. Staff could not be nicer or anxious to assist. Lobby exciting atrium that soars three stories. So what’s not to like or embrace. Hotel had very quite bar. Seemed a little sterile.

Потрясающий!! Великолепный!! Восхитительный отель!!! Пребывание в нем было настолько приятным, что мы решили остаться ещё на сутки) Атмосфера роскоши и старины, в которую гармонично вписали элементы современного мира. Единственным минусом была температура воды в душе, которую приходилось долго регулировать, но это никак не омрачило наше впечатление. Однозначно хочется вернуться туда снова! Спасибо сотрудникам этого отеля за невероятный комфорт во время нашего пребывания!!

Small enough for individual service but large enough to avoid over-attention. Everyone was courteous, helpful and provided helpful suggestions. Breakfast was amazing - get a room rate including this. Cocktails were great - the usual lot and some unique ones (Seville Sour is definitely worth trying). Rooms were spacious enough and had everything you would need, with high quality products and very clean. Building itself was interesting too. Well worth it.

What is there not to love about this hotel. Grand but cosy. Room a good size, bathroom stunning. Only twelve rooms, which are separate from each other, so no next door noises. Breakfast was delicious. Staff extremely professional and attentive, yet friendly. Rooftop terrace and pool clean and the free water and crystal glasses were a nice touch for a pool area. Overall, a superb experience at this superb hotel

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel, perfectly located for all the sights, converted from a palace, with only 12 rooms. It is immaculately clean, the staff is polite and attentive, with breakfasts to die for, and overall decor of the highest standard. Would love to return to this lovely hotel and this amazing city!
