Apartment with two bedrooms and free parking garage. It is centrally located next to calle Sierpes - a popular pedestrian shopping street, just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 3 guests.

The living room has a sofa, dining table and chairs. Open-plan kitchen equipped with all main utensils and appliances, washing machine included.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower. Note the water heater has a capacity of 50 liters only, which is sufficient for 1-2 showers. When it is empty it will need approx. 1 hour to warm up again.

There is high speed fibre optic internet connection and air-conditioning with cooling and heating.

The apartment has a surface of 50 square metres. It is on the second floor of a residential building, with 2 elevators. There is a roof-top terrace, which is mainly used for drying the wash. Guests may use the roof-top to enjoy the views of the Cathedral - without outdoor furniture.

PARKING
Free private parking garage, located at calle San Eloy / Duque 1 (3min walk away). Parking not available during Semana Santa / Holy Week due to access restrictions.

Check-in time:
16:00 to 02:00h. Late check-in from 21:00h: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival).

Incredible location

We had a great time once we got settled and familiar with the area. It’s perfect for walking to almost any location you need. The only thing would be cautious of the parking, This applies to any city is Spain. Unless you have a very tiny car, it will not work.

Google maps had a difficult time finding the location. Fortunately a gentleman walking by helped us. The cab could get us within a 5 minute walk but google was unclear where to guide us. We arrived maybe 10 minutes before our host so we were pretty stressed until he arrived. The apartment was ok but had death steps into bathroom and second bedroom, almost no lighting in second bedroom, you can’t take two showers back to back: not enough hot water That said the location is fantastic. But the price is high for what you get. And luckily the night guard was there to help us unlock the gate at 6:45 am so Ed could catch our train. The keys don’t really quite fit the locks

Tres bon emplacement pour decouvrir la ville. Peut s'averer bryuant si des jeunes font la fete dans l'immeuble.
