Self Check In style hotel with minimal personnel or not at all. It is pretty small and in reality, it doesn't need it. Everything is pretty good and it function-operate. It has is small buffet all-out self service breakfast. Quiet, nice and cozy.

Highly recommend! Excellent hotel experience.
I absolutely loved this style of hotel. I was a bit hesitant at first to book because we would be arriving late and with no front desk, I didn't really want to be sleeping out in the cold Switzerland night. First off, this is RIGHT NEXT to the Sevelen train stop. This was extremely convenient. Next, all I needed was my credit card at the kiosk to prompt open the locked door (keeps everything safe.) . Check-in was a breeze. I needed my passport number, credit card, and hotels.com confirmation. It took well under 5 minutes, and part of that time was marvelling at how great the experience was. I apprecaited the nice hot shower, comfortable bedroom, full-service kitchen, and friendly cleaning lady. I would only note that there is no place to store luggage, so keep that in mind if you need to do that. This said. a quick train ride into Buchs and you can store your luggage there. If you're going from Sevelen to Vaduz, there are also lockers in Vaduz for 2 CHF for 24hrs. I can't rave enough about this hotel and cannot wait to stay at another b_smart hotel.

Simple and modern
I really enjoyed the modern and clean room. The Bathroom was clean and very modern as well. However it was only separated by a glass door which wasn't a problem for me personal. You have to self check-in and there is no staff around at all. For me the check-in worked very well. The breakfast is basic but definitely good. Coffee, Water and Juice is freely available during the complete stay. From the Hotel you can easily walk to Coop, Lidl or Aldi which is very nice. My view from the room was really amazing :)

Better than necessary; easy.
A very easy hotel to navigate aside from the non-traditional top-floor-of-office-buidling setting. Set between two sets of mountains in the valley, you are a (mild) walk from two grocery stores, but you'd best be up on your German if you wish to converse with anyone. Hotel check in was simple, easy, and multilingual - but automated. Rooms were a little on the warm side, but they were very purpose-built and otherwise comfortable. Breakfast was simple and easy. I didn't use any of the help/hotlines, but I feel confident any issue or question I would have had would have been dealt with swiftly.

Good Can Be Different
It's a different experience. Different can be good, but expect it as such the first time. The good: competitive price, efficient check-in, comfortable room with modern feel, coffee and juice always available, black-out blinds, decent breakfast selection, 5 min to Liechtenstein. The different: (1) Check-in with a kiosk. (2) No staff on-site. While only a phone call away, it's slightly strange, especially when checking-in after dark. Feels even more bizarre after walking to your room and not encountering a single person. Needs improving: (1) Parking lot lighting. It's a couple of large LED beams on the building, but don't actually illuminate the lot very well. Kind of important with no staff around. (2) With everything being electronic and self-serving and no one on-site ... the security of a working physical deadbolt would be nice. (3) Sure, an all glass bathroom that can be viewed from most angles might be nice ... unless you want to use toilet in privacy. Place a hook on the door to hang a towel on? (4) Room had a sports "tiger balm" smell ... not bad, but somewhat strange. Summary: Once in your room, if you imagine someone else is downstairs like a typical hotel, or the place as an apartment complex, it's quite nice! Loved the Nespresso coffees at all hours. Probably a better vibe if checked-in during the day, as it felt normal when we left in the morning.

b smart motel is very modern and clean. it is only 1 floor, the rest of the building is occupied by different businesses. It is very close to Vaduz.

Convenient robo-hotel
My first experience with a robo-hotel. A good one. Reservations and automated check-in worked without a hitch. Room clean, spacious enough and very comfortable bed. Glass partitions to the bathroom not everyone's taste but I was alone so it was OK. Self-service breakfast OK with boiled egg, yoghurt, cereal, bread and fruit. Only drawback is some noise from a train line about a hundred feet away, but few trains during nicht hours. For this area of Switzerland attractive room rate.

This hotel was like a sic-fi movie. Everything was automated. One did have to be smart in order to use it. Although no one was on site to answer questions, the person who answered the phone was very helpful. This hotel was fun!

Great place.
Overall I was very satisfied with my stay. This place is about a 45 minute or so walk to Liechtenstein. It is right next to the Sevelen Train Station. Having no service may be the downside of this hotel, but the place was brand new, cozy, spotless, and looked great! Breakfast was not too amazing. There is like a little snack bar where you can just grab fruits, 1 type of cheese, crackers, espresso etc, 24 hours a day. The lack of a front desk and service did not really impact my overall stay. If you get locked out, there is a 24/7 phone on the main door where you can call someone. Parking available for free and good Wifi speed.

But we have fresh bread, fresh cheese and meat, butter, jam and honey, milk, cornflakes and so on. For a normal breakfast we have all. Having no service is the concept of our house. Hotel informatisé. Aucune personne ni de jour ni de nuit. A notre arrivée, le système ne fonctionne pas à l'extérieur; La porte ne s'ouvre pas; après appel sur hot line en anglais avec une personne maitrisant mal l'anglais, nous avons enfin la porte ouverte MAIS IMPOSSIBLE avoir la chambre malgré de multiples essais de code. Le système ne fonctionne pas. La responsable n'est pas dans les environs de l'hôtel. Plus de deux heures sans rien, nous devons renoncer et chercher un autre hotel. L'HOTEL A DEBITE NOTRE CARTE DE CREDIT; C'est malhonnête.

La zone est très calme. Au premier petit-déjeuner il n’y avait plus de pain et il restait un fond de jus d’orange. Au deuxième petit-déjeuner, étant les deuxièmes levés on a eu du pain mais il ne restait pas suffisamment de beure pour deux.

Es gibt kein Personal/ Reception, die Putzfrau war aber sehr aufgestellt und freundlich. Das Check In ohne Reception war ungewohnt aber es ging. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein aber für 2 Tage hat das völlig gereicht. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstückbuffet ist sehr klein. Es wird einmal aufgefüllt und dann nicht mehr, da es nicht viel Gäste hatte, hatten wir auch um 9:00uhr noch was. Die Auswahl ist abet sehr klein. Für und hat das aber für diese 2 Tage gereicht. Eine ganze Woche würde ich dort aber nicht übernachten. Den zug hat man gut gehört hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Alles tiptop, das Check-in und selbständige Frühstück haben reibungslos funktioniert und waren gut vorbereitet. Für eine Nacht ist ein Hotel ohne Empfangspersonal völlig ok, bei längerem Aufenthalt würde ich jedoch einen Empfang, bei dem man nach Ausflugstipps nachfragen kann bevorzugen.

Gerne wieder einmal
Toll gemachtes Motel mit raschem Self-Checkin. Die kostenlose Kaffee- und Teebar wussten wir ebenfalls sehr zu schätzen. Auch das Self-Frühstück war absolut ausreichend, auch wenn die Eier entweder aus oder gar nicht da waren. Liegt nahe der Autobahn. Saubere Zimmer.
