Near amenities and walkable to most attractions spots. Don't like : room air con cut off in the middle of the night for few consecutive days- Rm 609. And common passage way aircon not working, for few days before it is rectified. air is stuffy.

There is very little space to store your clothing, unless you want to hang everything up. You can't walk around both sides of the bed and there is no milk or sugar for the tea and coffee provided, but otherwise a nice, clean hotel in a very convenient location, for a very good price.

Room was kept clean during our stay and front desk were helpful with our request to book a taxi to the airport. To get to the hotel, take the train to Hoehyeon and get out at Exit 3. Look for TMark Grand Hotel and keep to the left lane up the slope. :)

It is a prime location. Just outside Myeongdong and in front of the airport bus to Incheon. It seemed like the rooftop advertised wasn’t available as the only obvious door to the roof was locked. I recommend this spot as it is directly across from Namdaemun Market and within walking distance to popular spots.

For the price, this property is good. To see the markets it is ideally located. Honestly though - this hotel B benefit greatly from hiring more attentive cleaners. The rooms are a bit shabby and the daily make-up is done pretty poorly. Front staff tried hard to help with any issues and even upgraded our room to a suite after we confronted them about the cleanliness. We really appreciated their efforts.

Very affordable and convenient hotel
Very happy except for the bathroom. Shower was in the bathtub but there wasn’t any shower curtain, making the floor very wet and slippery. Otherwise, we were very satisfied in all other areas.

Nice boutique hotel
The hotel is nice and clean. It is located behind T-mark hotel in Myeongdong. Staff members are polite. It is a 2-minute walk from Hoehyeon station exit #3. The room cleaning service is mediocre (they do not replace toiletries) but not a big deal. The toilet in room 309 kept getting clogged - front desk does send someone to fix it but it gets annoying to have to call.

Requested for a non smoking room when booking. But room given had a strong smell of smoke so requested for change. Staff at check-in changed instantly. Good service!

The location was extremely close to the subway station and walking distance to Namdaemun and Myeongdong. The rooms were clean and the front counter had excellent customer service. Highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Hotel situated conveniently within 15 mins walking distance from Seoul station and Myeongdong. It is on a nicer side of Namdaemun and the 7017 bridge is just close by. The room comes with a bathtub and at this price for the hotel, normally I would get one of those room in Seoul where I will get the whole toilet wet after a shower. Great amenities with face masks on the first day! Got a nice room with a view of the Namsan Tower.

Hotel great skip the bar downstairs
Close to the main train station in Seoul. Probably a 5-10 minute walk. Hotel is tucked behind the Main Street. Restaurant for breakfast wasn’t bad but the bar downstairs would not recommend. We asked for SoJo they said they didn’t have that. We asked for Cass the local beer... they had none of that but they did tell us they had whiskey for $100.00 (100000 Yuen)glass. So we went to the bar down the street and spent $57.00.

We only stayed for 3-4 days. Location was good, right in front of the market and subway station. The room was clean - building looked like it was renovated but they missed the carpets. It had a lot of black stains on them, which i assume are cigarette stains. We were told through our original check in experience survey that the hotel was going to address this issue with us directly. We were hoping they'd contact us and change our room or something but we never heard anything. I would have complained but we were only staying for a couple days and couldn't be bothered. We stayed on the second floor, on Friday night we couldn't sleep because of the cigarette smell that was coming through the vents - it is most likely from the Bar/Karaoke that is in the basement of this hotel. I think the hotel should implement additional security measures - at most hotels you need to tap your key pass in order to use the elevator but that is not the case here. I only mention this because on our first night, someone was banging on the neighbors door and ringing the door bell non stop for 20 minutes. I called the front desk and they were prompt to deal with this - not sure what the story was but if they had these security measures implemented, i would have felt a lot safer.

Nice hotel near subway station
Rooms were newly renovated and cosy even though it wasn’t very clean. Location of hotel is good and just a stone’s throw to subway station and Namdaemun market.
