Cuando me levanté no habia agua en la habitación y tenías que irme al aeropuerto,llame a la recepción y les dije que me subieran 4 botellas de agua para mi esposa y yo por lo menos asearnos,y la chica me contestó que no tenías autorización para darme las botellas de agua,si seriamente fue algo muy terrible para nosotros,estuvimos que irnos al aeropuerto sin ni siquiera cepillarnos los dientes!!!

No hay condicion esta sucio y las habitaciones estan vieja no esta acto para rentar necesita remodelacion en la habitaciones todo esta muy viejo y feo el personal es atento pero no vale de nada si las habitaciones estan en mal estado ese hotel necesitan remodelacion todo danado y viejo.

This hotel may be no good for those not Spanish speakers. Staff don’t speak English and even did not know the meaning of the word “tour” when asking about it. Very noisy restaurant with music to the highest volume, poor transportation available with a recommended risky taxi with no seat belt, no lights in a very poor driving environment. I changed rooms 3 times in 4 days due to no electricity, pool internet reception. Limited breakfast buffet, confused dinner order. Other than that, the patio and the pool area were excellent.

Este es un buen hotel, ubicado convenientemente, el staff es amable y atento, los desayunos están bien, el área de la piscina es muy agradable, y tiene estacionamiento. Pero, el mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. Recomiendo ponerle cariño y atención al mantenimiento de la propiedad: reemplazar lo que se rompa, y asegurarse que los muebles y la planta física se mantengan en buenas condiciones.

I liked that room was kept up nice, nights were morderate with noise, great pool, good location for me to take morning walks. I did not like that the person I came to see had to leave her id at the desk when she came to see me and that they put a time limit on her stay to see me when it got around 9, the bed is far too hard and far too little blankets on the bed. And like many others have said, WIFI is not good.

1. Apartamos 2 habitaciones para 8 personas ( 4 personas en cada habitación ) me dicen que había un bebé de 1 año cuando siempre colocamos 7 Adulto niño 14 años en la reserva 2. Cuando llegamos en cada habitación solo cabían 2 personas , la recepcionista muy grosera que no buscaba solución… más de 5 horas esperando por solución y tuvo que llegar una vendedora y decirnos que tenían 1 habitación doble de apartamento en el 3 piso esa escaleras muy peligrosas ( la tuvimos que tomar y pagar la diferencia ) cuando desde el unció debieron decirnos que paguemos la diferencia … 3. Las puertas se abrían sola o sea nunca pude dejar a mi hija de 14 años sola en la habitación tuvimos que ponerle perchas en la noche para poder dormir seguros 4. Me alquilan una habitación más grande con 2 baños cuando solo andaba 1 baño el otro no tenía agua y estaba en malas condiciones, el inodoro en el piso 5. Llegamos en la noche 1 día y disque no podíamos pedir hielo porque teníamos una botella que no la podíamos tomar y de mala manera tuvimos que hablar con el director y fue ahí donde nos despacharon el hielo ( sabiendo que había huracán y no podíamos salir del hotel ) muy mala experiencia la verdad

I work for the Cruise Line , and this Hotel had no internet. It was more out then in ...It was not safe for me. and when you order , food they was out of things on menu.. I would like my money back.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.But we must clarify that there was a storm that affected the internet in a part of the hotel. We offered to move her but she didn't want to, she rejected our request to move her to a room with internet. We have no control over natural phenomena. Therefore her comment is not fair.

The hotel desperately needs a upgrade, it has potential as it’s close to the airport but omg the amenities need a complete revamp.. my 7 year old would not eat anything there because everything looked dirty.. the spoons were rusted and the pots are way pass old..the taxi available drove like a maniac we had to pray every trip and he did not know where to go. Overall the only good experience is that the front staff and security were very nice people..

Los alrededores estaban bonitos. El área de la piscina y la parte de afuera. Las habitaciones no estaban muy limpias, llegamos y no había calentador, se tardaron en arreglarlo, un día limpiaron pero se olvidaron de poner toallas. Al final se rompió la cadena para bajar el inodoro. Deberían mejorar las condiciones de las habitaciones y el servicio en la recepción.

Ambiente Familiar y Adecuado. Buen Servicio del bar y Precios razonables. Mucha Musica Alta del area de la piscina hasta las 10:00pm. Los Huespedes hablando fiuertemente de noche en el area de la piscina hasta muy largas horas de la noche 2am o 3am. Las puertas no ofrecen mucha seguridad.
