The Very Boutique Hotel

This hotel locates near the metro station and downtown. So you can easily access anyway by walk or metro. The staffs can speak English, so it is easy to communicate them. The room and interior is clean and sophisticaed. So if you want to stay in so-called "boutique hotel", this hotel is the best, I suppose.

The shuttle drive was easy to locate, pleasant and friendly. I arrived off early 6 am flight, I was dissatisfied that although my room was ready, I had to pay 40 dollars to access it before noon. Also hotel site says 24 hr check in? So why charge more? That's not ethical, same when my onward flight departed midnight, extra 40 dollars for late check out, but hotel did not have any incoming booking. Staff very helpful. But not told of local riots in adjacent streets. Other hotels advised guests to be careful. Riots were 1 block away.

Dear Hslangguth, As its explain in our policies and website, the early a late checkout depends on availability. If we agree we have to block the room for a late check out and loose the opportunity to sell the entire room. The checkin is at 3pm and checkout at 12 as most of the hotels worlwide. When we say 24 hour, it means that we have 24 hour recepction, you can leave or arrive at anytime and someone will receive you and you can leave your luggage if the room is not ready for example. Hope this clarifies you issue. regarding the riots we always tell our guests where they should go or if there is any problem, as you arrived so early we missed the full checkin process, sorry for that. regards

Great downtown location in quiet space. Convenient to transportation, sights and restaurants. Beds comfortable but couches not. Bathrooms poorly lit with many non-working hairdryers. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast nice with no single use plastics. Towels need replacing or bleaching. They were kind of gray...

Amazing room, location and staff at Casanoble. We had a wonderful stay - the room and experience was all excellent and top notch. Would recommend strongly to anyone looking to really explore Santiago. Beyond the great accommodations - the location is SUPERB. You are walking distance from Bella Vista, Bella Listario neighbourhoods along with Central for more of the classic. Tons to do nearby as well.

I absolutely loved our stay at Cananoble Hotel. The staff were super friendly, gave us some great recommendations and really customized our stay. The room was spacious and had a lovely bathroom. Even with the riots going on outside, the property was quiet and felt secure.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in Santiago

Wir hatten dieses Hotel für 2 Nächte gebucht und waren mit unserem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Sauberkeit und die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll von der Inhaberin eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war OK, aber kein Highlight. Die Unterkunft ist auf jedenfall empfehlenswert!

Hotel stupendo, le foto delle camere per una volta non rendono pienamente giustizia alla bellezza e alla grandezza della camera. Bagno grande, luminoso e bellissimo. Letto comodo e dato che l’hotel è in una strada interna chiusa anche super silenzioso. Lo staff definirlo gentile è poco, sempre disponibili con consigli. Servizio te e tisane tutto il giorno a disposizione. Colazione buona con ampia scelta per chi ama il dolce, meno per il salato. Migliorabile il Wi-Fi un po’ lento. Posizione comodissima centrale e vicina al poco che offre Santiago.

What a fabulous find in the centre of Santiago!

Previous reports of noise but we didn't experience any. Comments about stairs and no lifts, there's one short flight only and it was not a problem. Staff offered to carry cases up on arrival (which was lovely). Room contemporary and everything you could need. You could make your own drinks, get fresh water, at any time in the breakfast room downstairs. Comfortable beds, good linen. TV and WiFi in the room. Air con and heating. Lovely spacious bathroom, clean, contemporary fittings, large walk in shower. Fresh towels, toiletries and loo roll all replenished daily. Breakfast was buffet style, fruit, cheese, meats, breadsmand a toaster, grill and mini oven supplied. Also fresh eggs cooked to order. Fresh brewed coffee, teas, juices, etc. All suited our needs perfectly. We were leaving early one day and the hotel prepared a packed breakfast for us. That's great service! All the staff were fabulous! Kind, considerate and extremely helpful. Helped with booking tours, finding restaurants, organising taxis, etc. and always with a smile (and great English!) Thanks for being so lovely! Location was fantastic very close to Santa Lucia, markets, Bellavista, Parque Forestal, Lastarria, etc. Restaurants and Bars - lots of great restaurants and bars close by, all walking distance or use MO bikes for very little money (a few pounds here and there for all day use). What more can I say! We loved it and can't thank Rocio and all her staff enough!

객실이 8개 밖에 없는 작은 호텔입니다. 그래도 산티아고의 비싼 물가를 감안한다면 나쁘지 않은 호텔이에요 주변에 식당도 많고, 치안도 비교적 안전한 지역입니다. 다만, 드나들때 현관문이 잠겨 있어서 매번 직원의 도움을 받아야 하는게 좀 좋지 않아요

Not Worth It At All

Did not enjoy my stay. There were so many issues here, but I'd say the top three were, 1.) Tiny room directly behind the front desk where I could hear every time the doorbell rang or the phone rang, which was a lot since every guest had to ring the doorbell to be let in. 2.) Couldn't adjust room temperature at all, had no control over the controls. 3.) Sad breakfast that was very unappetizing. These three plus waiting around for over 20 minutes just to get a bad espresso, power outages, low quality bathroom products, uncomfortably small shower, etc etc etc.

Great location and property, right in the center of the city and very close to the dining options in Lastrerria. Room is nice and large with solid amenities. My issue was that I was given room #1 which is right in front of the reception in the first floor and was extremely noisy. I asked particularly about this and the receptionist brushed off my question, saying it was not. Well... if you want to hear people coming in and out, the receptionists talking and laughing until late in the night, then you would like it. If you are a light sleeper, avoid as they seem to not care much about how much noise the hotel staff makes. It is a shame as the property is nice and the room comfortable with a solid breakfast.

Very pretty, updated little hotel (former home?) on quiet side street, charming setting, stairs-only to 2nd floor, comfortable and very clean rooms. Very nice and helpful staff. Decent breakfast, Very close to downtown and sight-seeing. Great for the price!

Melhor impossível!!! Hotel super charmoso, pequeno e aconchegante. Staff incrível, ótimo atendimento, carinho como se estivéssemos em nossa própria casa! Hotel super limpo e silencioso, cama muito confortável, café da manhã gostoso e só com coisas de boa qualidade, pertinho do metrô, funcionários flexíveis e que só querem ajudar! Me ajudaram com taxis, reservas em restaurantes, café da manhã fora do horário, etc etc etc. Recomendo fortemente para quem visitará Santiago em casal (quarto não é muito grande)!

We loved this place so much that we have changed our booking for our stopover on the way home to stay here again. It is so close to everything and the team at Casanoble are fabulous. So helpful and nice. I highly recommend this place.

It's hard to explain how lovely it is to be right in the middle of the city and yet it is so quiet on that dead end street you think you are miles away. I could walk to anything I wanted to see in the metro area and there is a metro stop right near the hotel. The bed was so comfortable, the breakfast was great and Rocio, Ronald and Jorge are such great people and helped me arrange bus tickets to Valparaiso and make other plans. Everything was so clean and well maintained. It is just a terrific place to stay in Santiago.

Very friendly staff! They had nice touches like home made breakfast and excellent hand made lattes. Located on a private side street so it's super quite! Excellent location near shopping, sight seeing, and amazing restaurants. Highly recommend!

The staff are wonderful and the facilities comfortable warm clean and inviting. We found the location quiet and close to restaurants and other downtown attractions - about 30 minutes from the airport. We prearranged airport transfers with the hotel comparable to and less hassle than regular taxis or other private services. The duty manager, on our arrival, in particular, is deserving of special thanks in assisting with a personal matter. It was reassuring to be in such good hands. We have no reservations recommending the Casanoble Hotel Boutique to other travelers.

Very nice boutique hotel in a great location! Easy walking to Santiago highlights. Super friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to return to Santiago.

A real gem!

Great little hotel walking distance to everything you want to do in Santiago. This hotel is down a quiet (but well lit alley) and is very comfortable and clean. Cooked to order breakfast and friendly employees. We easily walked to everything we wanted to see.

Charming small hotel in an excellent, quiet location in a dead end street. Friendly, helpful 24 hour staff. Ours was a small comfortable room with good bed and high quality sheets. Duvet was too warm for a non-airconditioned room in hot weather, but fan helped. I would definitely recommend the Casanoble.

Overall, this is a very pleasant hotel. However, Hotels.com advertised the room with air-conditioning; the 2 rooms we booked did not have air-conditioning. We had booked for 2 nights and as we arrived late, the pleasant night-staff member agreed for us to change rooms for the second night. The next morning, the hotel back-tracked and claimed this would be an upgrade, one of the rooms has suddenly been booked etc. etc.......basically used various excuses to fob us off (manager nowhere to be seen). We persisted and the rooms were changed. Would you believe it - the air-conditioning only worked in one of the rooms. Like I say, it's a pleasant hotel, but this issue wasn't handled well at all, especially by the daytime staff member. No compensation offered by hotels.com or by the hotel itself. Disappointing customer service.......beware.

Dear David, We where aware of your problem from the beginning. We contacted hotels.com because the standard rooms on the first floor don`t have AC, sorry for the inconvenient, but it was a bad information they had. We did anything we could to move you to the suite (100 USD expensier) and with no cost. The AC of both rooms where working, you should have asked for the front desk for help. Its very sad for us to hear we didn't did anything because we where absolutely full capacity and managed to move you with NO COST as soon as possible. We usually have good reviews and this is very harmful for a small family business.

Lautes Hotel durch Haustuerklingel,Telefon,Rezeption, Ein-und Auschecken mitten in der Nacht. Zimmertueren nicht schallisoliert. Zimmer im Erdgeschoss besonders betroffen. Wir hatten ein 3/4 Jahr im voraus gebucht und um ein leises Zimmer, nicht im Erdgeschoss gebeten. Wir bekamen das Zimmer direkt gegenüber der Rezeption. Personal und Inhaberin sind nicht hilfsbereit. „ There is nothing I can do.“ Wir hatten mittels Vorkasse an Expedia bezahlt.

Dear Annette. We explained that we were full. I would have changed you to another room. But it was impossible. You were paying for a standard and gave you a superior room. So it’s very sad to see you don’t understand why. We talked to you very politely and try to make your stay as good as possible. This is a small family business that you are talking about and we always have good comments and happy guests. Sorry you were so disgusted
