We provide parking in the building’s garage free of charge. Parking in San Juan is limited. We recommend that our guests do not rent cars unless planning to travel out of San Juan often. In addition to Isla Verde being very walkable, taxicab service, Uber, and electric scooters are abundant and easy to hail.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Check-out time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please keep in mind that any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.
The apartment is on the second floor with stairs leading to it.
We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons.
Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we've included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package includes all the essentials you'll need to feel to get you started and feel right at home. You'll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. We've also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you'll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we've included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. We've also got you covered with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. If you need more amenities you may purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace.
Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.
For stays over 28 days, we require additional personal information and a signed License Agreement to accommodate the stay. All guests will be required to verify their information, including a 3rd-party background check. This is to ensure your safety and the safety and well-being of our neighbors and homes. All information is confidential and will not be shared with anyone for any purposes outside of your reservation. Once all information is verified, we can confirm your reservation. However, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation if you fail to comply or have a failed background check. Please be aware that an additional deposit of up to $500 per reservation will be held during your stay and released within seven days after check-out to cover any incidentals that may occur at the property. We were told that they would confirm if early check-in is available 24 hours in advance. They gave us the go ahead, we pay their surcharge and when we get off the plane, nobody knows of our early check-in so we walked into a dirty house from the last guests that stayed. They don’t tell you that the pool is shared with other units on the property. Power will cut in and out all day and random men will be on property for most of the day touching the electricity panel which created more issues. If you want to be in constant communication with your host about the problems you’re facing, this is the perfect place to stay.

Want to start off home in gated area and seems secure with codes to get in. Property was cleaned excellently and there was good communication w/ host. However,there is abandoned home right in front of this communal property. Many other guest above and in back properties. Not private always people in pool. We picked this property for proximity to airport was excellent for that reason. There were 2 washing machines only one worked and dryer was broken was outside and somewhat far from home in a shed like with lots of junk in it. There was a blackout during stay gate stopped working for the car and it rained hard, water was getting inside property. No mops found.Bring your own towels,2-3 towels for 7 family members. Also many cats upon arrival greet you and one even went inside properly and didn’t want to come out.There is parking for vehicles inside gated area but confusing some areas stating not to park.
