"Peaceful oasis, beautiful grounds, helpful shuttle into town, great pool, nice gym, and cold drinking water everywhere. Our particular room had some issues (bugs, nonworking cooling system, non-working blinds that fell off the window, very dark), so hard to tell if that was just our bad luck. Similarly, once we were left stranded for 30 minutes when the shuttle was supposed to be more reliable, but again this might just have been one blip. And they forgot to clean our room - so a third blip. You decide"
