Love staying at this hotel unfortunate that this is the 2nd time paying for parking at the hotel and have had to pay again at Q park as i couldnt get out of the barrier reception didnt answer my calls, hotel and breakfast fabulous but down over £40 on each stay because i have had to pay twice for parking

okay apart from my Expedia booking didn’t exist on the hotels system so they had to book again I also received poorly presented breakfast with the wrong items apart from that suite was lovely.

Hi , we had problem with unlocking the door. When arrived had to wait 40 to 50 Minutes before checking in. We coudn't reserve a breakfast in the morning because there was no available slot!!! First comes , first served!!! At check out I forgot my Tablet at the reception, I have tried to contact the Hotel reception several times without any success.

Second time staying, our apartment was better the first time. There was a very wobbly lamp in the seating area with difficulty reaching the plug and one of the bedside lamps didnt work. Very comfortable bed and seating area, powerful hot shower and all amenities readily available in the room so no need to request anything from reception. Will always opt for here when staying in Manchester.

On arrival was in need of a coffee each with the promised biscuits. The coffee was there but no biscuits and one milk that was open so had to go without. Booking breakfast in advance seemed pointless they weren’t able to provide on time and when we did get to sit down and order there were three items unavailable yet we weren’t told. Evening meal was top quality. Breakfast below par.

We arrived about 8:30pm room was ready. Large double bed room with full kitchen. Clean bedding, towels, and bathroom, but sofa was dirty (we didn't use anyway). We were informed that breakfast was included in our rate and we needed to pre-book time for the morning, only time left was 7:00 or 7:30am, otherwise we had to stand and wait in line for breakfast. We went for breakfast at 9:30am and waited about 10 mins. Ordered from a menu and the food and beverage was brought. It was good. Good convenience location to the AO Arena.

Not up to standard
Seems a posh hotel, we stayed here last week paying extra to stay in a nice hotel. Rooms arnt really like the pictures, not much different than a premier Inn! Only 1 pillow and no spares in the room. (We could manage with that, but that’s not the point). When it came to breckfast we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated even though we booked anyway we understand it gets busy but then to wait an hour after being seated our Luke warm breakfast arrives! Not the best if I’m honest. We also paid for parking when we arrived at a discounted rate, although when we tried to leave the car park it would not let us unless we paid an additional £22! We contacted the hotel with our issues, replied at first saying somone would be in contact with us Asap, low a behold we have received nothing! Would not recommend staying here after care is rubbish they just want your money then nothing to do with you!

Inspect before anything
Door didnt lock, it remained unlocked the entire time, had to reach out multiple times and still didn't get fixed, i felt lucky that my items didnt go missing...light fixture above the bed kept flickering...air conditioner didnt work properly.... coffee maker didnt work. Other than that, it was all good.

Amazing hotel
On arrival our first room wasn’t a window that could open however we like to sleep with the window open we got moved rooms for no extra cost to a city view room amazing breakfast woke up and forgot I wasn’t at home it was that perfect overall perfect stay

The apartment was furnished to a very good standard and was extremely comfortable and clean. All the staff were friendly and efficient and the location was very convenient for both the AO Arena and city centre shopping

Very high spec studio. I didnt use the washing machine or dishwasher but its all there if you did. Good wifi, the room has everything you could need and reception staff are very helpful. Nice spa

One of the lights in the room was not working and this was obvious and should have been picked up on inspection. Quickly rectified once i reported it. Crazy positioning of electric plug sockets in the room - behind mirrors and behind table legs.

2nd time visiting and really love this place. It’s a great location for visiting Manchester yet quiet and very comfortable. Service is friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is convenient and good.

Great facilities.
Great position for the AO Arena and also the Arndale centre. With the Q-Park for safe parking right next door. We only stayed one night and wish it had been longer. Will stay again. We loved the kitchen area and made our tea as short of time before the show using the Sainsbury’s next to the car park.
