Features 2 beds and full bath on main level, 2 beds and a full bath upstairs. Upstairs also has a small play space for kids. All beds are queen. Smart TV, fast Wifi! Garage Parking! Dishwasher! Private backyard. Laundry located in the basement.
Hardwood floors throughout.

Please Note:

Stairs are steep and with narrow tread

Main level bathtub is shorter than normal.

**Keypad is located on the back door.

Parking is in back, accessed by an alleyway.

Great place to stay!
The house was the perfect place while we had appointments at Mayo. It was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. The owner was very accessible by text when I had questions. It’s an easy walk to St. Mary’s where you can catch the shuttle to the other Mayo buildings.

Wonderful, wonderful stay!
When you walk into this home you quickly realize the love, talent and careful considerations that went into this remodeled home. The spacious living areas, the impressive upstairs rooms, the cleanest basement youll ever find, and smartest, simplest set of instructions and recommendations made this stay beyond comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, super clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable for us. This is definitely a repeat booking if we're lucky enough to get in. Enjoy!!

Peaceful oasis steps from St. Mary's Hospital
It was everything we needed and more! Such a nice place to stay with the family while our mom had surgery. A few of us worked remotely at the table, and the internet was good. A few nice essentials were provided, like coffee, tea, filters, etc. Very clean. We would definitely return!

House was very clean check in was very easy only complaint is we struggled a bit with hot water and good water pressure it kind of came and went so not sure why just two of us using water. Otherwise very nice and easy stay.

Great little rental house
The house was very easy to find. It was so close to St Mary's Hospital. My mom and husband stayed there for a week while I recovered from an extensive surgery, and it gave them each plenty of privacy and they could essentially have their own floors. Great little find.

Convenient, cozy, perfect
This was the perfect place to stay when my husband had surgery at the Mayo. It was a short walk to St. Mary's Hospital and safe and well lit. We were only allowed two visitors at a time and it made it so convenient to switch for our visits all throughout his stay. We were a party of 5 and it gave us the space we needed to spread out and not feel like we were ontop of one another. Worked out perfectly.
