Roanoke空港に近い良いホテル
Roanoke空港から近いですが歩くと距離があるので、シャトルバスを電話で呼んだほうが良いです。 設備、スタッフ共に問題なし、朝食は朝６時から一般的なものが出ます。 無料無線ＬＡＮもあります。 Roanokeの中心ではないので、周辺は大型スーパー等がありますが、特に面白い所はありません。 シャトルバスの運転手に交渉すると、Roanoke Starやレストランへ連れて行ってくれました。 良いホテルだと思います。

We booked this property due to the 24 hour airport shuttle. Once we got to the hotel we were told that wasn’t the case. No fault to the hotel but Expedia needs to update. Staff was apologetic and gave us a number for a taxi service. Hotel conditions were questionable. Weird smell and the shower basically screamed when it was turned on.

Very convenient location. We are on our way to Tennessee so this is like halfway and very friendly staff and clean and lots of shops and restaurants around great experience.

I woke up in my room to no ironing board and when i called the front desk i got no help i was told to wait for housekeeping to arrive. I couldnt wait i had to go to work. I know its a small complaint but sometimes the small stuff matters.

I made the reservation through Expedia. Walked in and was in my room within 2 minutes. Bed was so comfortable. Room was clean and everything was in perfect working condition

I stayed with they every week for 13 weeks. Every single time I checked in I got the same amazing experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. They always worked with me with room assignments. The hotel itself was always clean and well kept when you walked into the lobby. I stayed in a variety of rooms while there and every room I had was amazing. It was quiet and peaceful while being there for work. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re wanting a quiet place to rest. If I didn’t have a new assignments elsewhere I would still come to stay here. 10 out 10 recommend!

Men in the Hallway
This hotel was comfortable. However, the front desk was left unattended when my family arrived. There was also always a random man sitting at the end of my floor. We arrived close to midnight and a man in the hallway when traveling with daughters was very off-putting. The following morning when we went to eat breakfast, there was another man sitting at the end of the hall. I don't know if it is a known security gap being capitalized by local men, but it was very disturbing.

Sleeps 6. Not 7 as listed. Disappointing
We booked this stay because it was listed as sleeping 7 people. However when we got to our room, we found it only had enough beds for 6 people: two queen beds, and one pull out sofa bed. When we asked the front desk if they had a cot or something for the 7th person in our group they said no, they don't have any cots. They also said they were aware that it is listed as sleeping seven, but only had beds for 6. They suggested we put three kids in one bed. It's hard enough to get my kids to sleep while on vacation, three to a bed proved impossible. We ended up taking the cushions off the couch and putting them on the floor along with some extra sheets and blankets and pillows we from house keeping. This is where one of my kids slept. The ladies at the front desk said we should just take it up with corporate. I realize not many families have 7 people, but if you have your listing saying you can sleep 7 people, than you'd better have enough bed spaces for 7 adults. Just because they're kids doesn't mean we can just squish extra people in a bed. I've got teenagers and they're as big as adults. It's one thing if we made that choice on purpose, but the listing was misleading.

Holiday travel
Receptionist checking in was ok but checking out was less than enthusiastic. Almost like you were bothering her. Hotel was clean as well as the room. Breakfast was good and very clean.

If you have a friend who needs a place to stay for the night due to domestic violence, don't send them here. I reserved the room in her name and they wouldn't let her stay due to having a local ID. I need a refund but hotels.com couldn't reach them by phone when they tried.

The first room i was put in 417 had a loud malfunctioning outlet that the ac/heating unit was supposed to be plugged into. It was emitting a loud scary electric buzz at random intervals which i was able to hear from the doorway and have audio recorded on my phone. I was moved form 417 to 411 without any hassle after reporting the issue but i still found the electrical issue concerning. In room 417 I went to take a bath and there was dirty backwash from the drain. The breakfast was better than expected. Only food complaint is the coffee taste to the maple syrup

This is clearly a competently managed, clean and comfortable property for guests such as business travelers. The few staff with whom I directly interacted were courteous and helpful. However, I downgraded my rating because I was misinformed when I contacted the hotel a week ago and checked on the availability of shuttle service from ROA after 1100 PM. I was assured that while their service shut down at 1100, I could still call the front desk and get someone/something out to pick me up. The clerk at that time assured me she would put a note to this effect into her computer with my reservation. My flight landed at 1140 PM. But when I duly called the hotel I was informed that they had no shuttle and I would have to use an Uber. If I had known that in advance that would have been ok, but I was worn out from a long day of travel and a holiday with family that was more fraught than I had expected - and I don't like surprises at the best of times, not to mention being misinformed. When I arrived at the hotel I had to work hard to be civil, but the clerk on duty understood and offered to lower the room rate to compensate for the cost of the Uber. I accepted that offer. But there was no way I could be compensated for the aggravation and standing out in the cold at the age of 78. What I found most upsetting is that this was all so unnecessary if I were informed that I would need an Uber in the first place.
