The bed had a huge dip in it. Like it was like laying on two different elevations. The shower ceiling was falling. Sheets dirty with hair. Towels were dirty. They did switch out my room which was more maintained. The bed was good. Shampoo, soap, and lotion was great. Dove. I needed to study because I had a state test in the a.m. could not study because of the room across from me. They were arguing, TV was up loud all night. Baby crying a good part of the night. The lady was arguing with the man because the baby was hungry and he wouldn’t give her money for food for the baby. After I heard that I reported it to the front desk. So for about two hours the baby was calm after the front desk made contact with the room. Not the hotels fault there. Very stressful worrying about the baby and the man cussing and yelling because the front desk was made aware. I wanted to ask for a new room but the front desk was fed up with me.

I loved the price! The bathroom looked remodeled and modern! All Dove products were provided! People gave low rating for ridiculous reasons. If you have specific concerns like you must have a swimming pool or an elevator then go somewhere else or call ahead of time. Other amenities were the king sized bed - there were six soft pillows! There was no carpet in the room so I know the floor was clean! There was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate packets left out all day and night plus what they provided in your room. you had control of your temp, cable, internet, microwave, computer, and even a printer yet people complained because they had to walk a few steps to get ice. It was very clean room. There were also plenty of options for breakfast. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I would book here again as the price is very reasonable and worth it!

When I arrived on site I was one of 3 guests who ended up waiting over an hour for a front desk staff member to check us in. Quite literally there was nobody on the property other than guests. The room was clean, but the on site amenities were minimal even so much as snacks were limited to Ramen noodles. The breakfast offered in the morning was reminiscent of poorly executed public school rations barely edible. Not the hotels fault in this, but Expedia had this location as being 6 miles from the Greater Columbus Convetion Center and it was at least double that distance away. Overall it was a place to lay my head, but I’d never stay here again.

Convenient, with lots of things to do in the surrounding area. The bed was very uncomfortable due to the springs being broken. For a deluxe room it was very spacious and I love the couch with chase lounge. Also had a huge TV, so that's a plus.

The young lady that worked the front desk on the graveyard shift was extremely rude and probably the only thing I can’t get passed and the reason why I wouldn’t suggest staying here to anyone. It was like she was irritated by me because I was making her do her job or something. I think I was interrupting her nap schedule at work and it pissed her off. The hallways on the first floor all smelled like weed but it was a non smoking facility. I will say that the room was extremely clean, I was genuinely impressed by it. The pillows and mattresses were horribly uncomfortable. Over all for the price was it a clean place to stay yes if ur just drunk and wanna be safe and avoid driving home. Would I stay there intentionally again, probably not. That rude attendant really ruined my stay.

Having stayed at the same location a short time prior I was a return customer but the experience was night and day different. The first time a clean quiet stay and the second the room was much more fun down, not as clean, and the noise level woke me several times from both inside and outside.

Good experience was that their breakfast timmings starts from 6:30 am which is common. However, owner's wife provided me same breakfast items for my fasting at 5:30 am at my request as fasting for ramadan starts before 6 am. So nice of her providing breakfast and respecting my religious practices.

The lady that checked us in was wonderful. Little things would make this place better. You get one regular size pillow and then 2 smaller pillows. How much are you really saving? Get the regular pillows. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday should be available until 10am. Little things can make the difference in a hotel.

People were smoking marijuana in their rooms and the smell in the hallway was very strong. The people in the rooms near us were very loud. The microwave in our room did not work properly and the deadbolt on our door did not work either. We were directed to use the steps to get to the second floor. I'm not sure there was an elevator. The room condition was okay.
