Very disappointed about the pool situation.. they claim to have a pool but its actually a shared outdoor pool at the hotel next door. Had i known that before booking we would've stayed somewhere else. Two of the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The guy who checked us in was not very polite and didn't seem like he wanted to be there..

Got there early, room wasn’t ready front desk was supposed to call when it was ready, nobody called. I called back and room was ready. Otherwise nice place if your doing things around UNC chapel hill

It's a bit run down, but it was a nice place to stay. The breakfasts were good, and we were able to talk a walk in the neighborhood. It's close to the highway. The light in our bathroom strobed quite a bit on and off.

Shower was cold, side door access lock broken, loud staff as we were next to the laundry, low quality towels, bedding and bath products.

The only reason for the negative review... I randomly checked in using my home phone number for some reason, instead of my cell. Two days later...someone purchased an Apple Gift Card, using the exact information I gave at the front desk when I checked in. Based upon investigation by Wells Fargo, even they came to the conclusion that apparently, someone from the hotel attempted to steal and utilize my personal information. Ashame...because everything else about my experience was positive. But now as it stands, based on this experience...never again! Had to cut my trip short by a day, go back to Richmond to resolve the situation and have my credit card canceled. Thanks for nothing!!!

The hotel itself wasn’t the cleanest. But the staff was absolutely amazing! Very attentive. Great breakfast! We used the sister property pool too which was nice!
