This was a very nice hotel, not much around it, but the airport is very close. There is also a convenience store within walking distance with many foord options.

When I checked in the person hardly talked to me.It was like I was bothering him checking in. I went up to my room at 430 and it was still being cleaned.I didn't say anything.I just waited cause i'm sure wasn't the maid's fault There's no usb outlets anywhere I did have a burger at the restaurant which was good and the service was amazing

Got charged 3/16 for “Incidentals” and just got charged on 3/18 at 4 am again. Called up there now and first then I was told was “I was not checked out” then was told “I wasn’t the only one card charged tonight” all I asked was why am I being charged that again two days after check in? Was also told “one will fall off” no both need to come off . Was very rude to me a confused customer who has worked in the hotel industry and would NEVER speak to a guest that way no matter how frustrating.. very sketchy. Also at check in my ID and Debit card was scanned on paper and left on front desk. I will never visit here again and I will be calling corporate first thing.

The room could have been cleaner. There was dried filth on the counter and wall. I wiped things down myself. Front desk and convenience of bar and drinks/snacks in the lobby was appreciated. The woman who greeted me was kind.

We intentionally booked this property because it had an indoor pool. The pool had been broken once we got there for a while and wasn’t going to be fixed for a while. Other than that the place was really nice.

There was an extremely long wait time to check in and one staff member just watched as his peer struggled to find a key fob while a long line of guests waited at least 15 minutes to sign in. There is no complimentary breakfast,however, a manager gave us a free meal ticket due to an issue with the room's telephone, but that was very nice of him.

Really old and needs to be updated. Our bathroom counter was cracked and the bathtub had stains all over it. Parts are updated and nice but other things need some TLC!

Pool closed even though I called to verify this morning before we arrived. No way to plug the bathtub to fill it, fridge isn’t cold, telephone doesn’t work to call the front desk.

I travel often,this was hands down the worst experience. I was super displeased, normally the name Hilton has a good reputation. We decided to stay here mainly for the indoor pool, as we were traveling with another family and for a child's birthday. The first interaction with hotel staff was mediocre. I was told that they needed a card for incidents, but I had to ask about the price of that, normally this is kindly explained when you check in and price mwntioned. We inquired about pool times and told that the pump was broken. Staff did offer to cancel the room for us. Then we were not told about the side door key pad not working. There were no carts to tote items in. We were traveling with 5 children, so that would have been handy. Parking was all full in the front and back so when walking to the side door with arms and hands full, only to read a sign that it did not work was another disappointment!! We made it to the room and it smelt horrible, patrons prior must of been smoking marijuana. We informed the front desk but there were no more adjoining rooms. The rooms were not very clean, some lamps did not work, there were no tissues or wash cloths left in the room. This is just personal preference but the toilet paper was horribly placed, you have to reach, basically get off the toilet. There are no vents in the bathroom. If you lock the bathroom door, it could still be opened. The fridge is in a cabinet thats broken, hard to open. Trash on every floor! Ice machine was broken
