Breakfast was nice and good. Area wasn’t too noisy, but only thing is I felt unsafe because of cars getting broken into on my first night there. Didn’t want to leave my car there after the situation occurred.

Bad service

There was no one at the front desk to check in. I looked around in the different rooms for an employee, there was no one to be found. As I was calling the hotel, hoping to find one and here comes your employee coming down the hallway from outside with a pizza box on her lap. No hi nothing, she said "what do you need?' I needed to be checked in. She then told me to slide my card and handed me the room card. No thank you, nothing, There is more that happened after this.

Great stay

This location really wants to make you feel welcomed! Besides the complimentary coffee, teas and hot chocolate that you get at Hampton Inns in general, they also gave you water bottles at check-in, AND they have a tray of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies! Of course, the important part is the room, which is clean and in great condition. There is a refrigerator, but no microwave. Parking was easy, and good location. My only caveat is I am not a fan of the Hampton Inn barn door design for the bathroom/closet door. (Note: This design is not specific to this location.)

It was close and convenient to where we needed to go for a medical procedure. The property is clean and staff friendly. The suite is a nice spacious room and is a good layout.

Staff worked with us to allow early access to our room so we could prepare for a wedding just a few hours after our arrival in town. Thank you TJ! Everything was clean. It was fairly busy but quiet.

The staff were absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was meh, but we didn't come for the breakfast. Room was quiet, beds were comfy, bathroom was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Sign at entrance not visible. Unsafe entry. Sofa bed worn. Management should be required to sleep in it to understand when they need replaced. Sink stopper not working. No pen in room. Refrigetator not set, and had to figure out how to adjust it so it worked. All personnel were respectful and courteous. Employees were perfect while accommodations need improvement.
