雰囲気のいいホテル
ケレタロバスターミナルよりタクシーで55ペソ。ホテルからダウンタウンまでは40ペソ。ホテル自体の造りは新しくはなさそうだが、内装は綺麗で雰囲気がありリラックスできる。周囲には歩いて10分足らずのところにコンビニがあるのみで、食事等は多少不便。ただ朝食はメキシカン料理で種類が多く、トルティーラなどをその場で焼いてくれ非常に満足。ダウンタウンに行けばオープンカフェや土産物店、露店などが集中しているので昼夜ともに楽しむことができる。

温水プールもあり、部屋の外には共用芝生がありピクニックもできます。朝食ビュッフェでは、メキシカンもあります。ビュッフェの食器も白ではなく、プエブラブルーで素敵です。

algunos detalles se presentaron durante la estancia ejemplo : la llave dela regadera suelta ( mi esposa se quedo con la llave en la mano al intentar abrir la regadera con el riesgo de quemaduras por agua caliente ) no tuvimos una plancha al llegar , un familiar nos refirio igual no contarcon cafetera ,etc son detalles que se piueden solucionar, considerando el costo de la habitacion. gracias

"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. The facilities were beautiful and clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. However, we were disappointed by an incident involving Mrs. Gabriela. We have a disabled son, and my husband informed her that he was going to work and that my son and I couldn't go to the restaurant for breakfast. As a result, he took five pieces of fruit from the buffet. Mrs. Gabriela charged us for two breakfasts to our room for taking the fruit. When we spoke to someone at the reception, they informed us that we could have ordered our breakfast through room service. The next day, we did just that, but we found Mrs. Gabriela's response lacking in empathy. Despite this incident, everything else about our stay was excellent!" "Recientemente nos hospedamos en este hotel y en general tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa. Las instalaciones estaban bonitas y limpias, la comida era deliciosa y el personal muy amable. Sin embargo, nos decepcionó un incidente que involucró a la Sra. Gabriela. Tenemos un hijo discapacitado, y mi esposo le informó que él iba a trabajar y que mi hijo y yo no podíamos ir al restaurante a desayunar. Como resultado, él tomó cinco piezas de fruta del bufet. La Sra. Gabriela nos cargó el precio de dos desayunos a nuestra habitación por haber tomado la fruta. Pudo ser más empatica.después nos informaron que servício al cuarto era posible.

El hotel y personal muy bien Pero tuvimos una experiencia muy desagradable nos asignaron la habitación 316 pero están remodelando el area cuando quisimos descansar antes de cenar fue imposible debido al ruido de la remodelación Con ello el personal muy amable nos cambió de habitación, pero fue aún peor no había café ni vasos de cortesía un foco zumbaba, todo esto era soportable pero la calefacción enfriaba en lugar de calentar lo cual fue extremadamente desagradable Hablamos nuevamente con el personal y muy amablemente nos ayudaron y mantenimiento hizo arreglos en el clima La tercera noche fue ya mejor pero el clima no subía a más de 21 grados aunque ya así fue mucho mejor que la noche anterior Por lo demás en los Restaurantes en el lobby y demás instalaciones el personal muy amable Nosotros nos hemos hospedado en varios hoteles de la cadena y siempre ha sido excelente la estancia Ojalá eso sirva para que no más personas batallen con la estancia

La habitación está de buen tamaño, pero en la noche se escucha ruido de los otros cuartos. Dentro del estacionamiento, los lugares para los coches son muy pequeños. La comida en el desayuno está muy buena.

I booked through Expedia. The reservation proceeded without any problem on their platform. I printed the itinerary and also received a confirmation SMS. However, when I showed up at the hotel reception, they did not want to honor my reservation. This created a big problem for me, because I was forced to look for another hotel with availability under a heavy rain. I booked through Expedia because I needed immediate accommodation, since a family member died and I immediately moved to Querétaro to attend to the emergency; After 5 hours of travel I received the unpleasant surprise of not having accommodation. I made the reservation at approximately 4:00 p.m. and I showed up at the hotel at 9:00 p.m. Honestly, both Expedia and the hotel simply distanced themselves from the problem, it's a shame. Due to this situation I did not become a client of that hotel and I hope to never book again in IGH hotels in my life, their interest in their clients is zero.

La chapa del baño estaba descompuesta y querían arreglarla hasta el otro día, justo cuando me iba. No me querían cambiar de habitación, hasta que yo lo solicité. El drigobar tampoco funcionaba. Se me hizo muy desagradable para un servicio tan caro.

Room with a balcony, overlooking the gardens, was awesome. Unfortunately I had to check in behind a group of noisy, not paying attention, chinese. Only 2 staff behind desk, both looking after the group. 30 minutes to check in....
