Walk just 1 minute to the shore to spend the day at Cape Cod Bay. Head out on coastal hikes and spend afternoons exploring a host of nearby boutique shops, waterfront eateries, and art galleries that are all within a mile. The property is conveniently located on the shuttle line to town, and it’s just a 15-minute walk to attractions in the center of town.

LIVING AREA

A comfortable sofa and armchair set the scene for relaxation in the stylish living area. In the evening, settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare tasty recipes in the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with an array of helpful appliances and gadgets.

Gather for meals at the dining table for four.

BED & BATH

This ground-floor condo sleeps four guests in two bedrooms, each equipped with a TV.

Rest peacefully in a king bed in the primary bedroom. The guest bedroom is outfitted with a plush queen bed.

The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Start the day with fresh coffee and coastal breezes on your private deck.

In the evening, keep mealtime simple and sizzle burgers on the gas grill.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for one car directly in front of the unit. Additional parking parking in the lot may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Beach chairs are provided in the rental.

Within 1 mile are a plethora of boutique shops, waterfront eateries, art galleries, and cultural hot spots -- hop on the complimentary shuttle for quick access to Provincetown center.

Walk 10 minutes to Fanizzi’s Restaurant for waterfront lunch or dinner.

Catch gorgeous ocean vistas while enjoying a stimulating hike on Dune Shacks Trail (1 mile).

For a fun day trip, visit the Cape Cod Highland Lighthouse, just a 12-minute drive away, and explore the Highlands Center at the Cape Cod National Seashore.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Stay
Location is great, it’s quiet, great shower, very clean, good wifi, k cup coffee maker, extra blankets, strong hair dryer and SO cute! Looks just like pictures online. Easy check out process; not an hours worth of chores to complete!

When you have a rental, and I have rented plenty, supply a coffee maker!!! You have it listed but upon arrival, a Keurig? Renters DON’T want to leave to get a coffee in the morning!!! Or list it as such. Or supply a couple j ups…FAIL. And one of the wall decorations is “COFFEE”, almost like taunting!

Great property
Condo is well done and comfortable. Bring ear plugs to sleep. Upstairs owners are loud and walk around from 10pm to 3-5am. It will wake you up. Otherwise, great place and location.

Perfect Provincetown Getaway
We had such an incredible stay!! Check-in was a breeze, Condo was spotless and had everything that we needed! Beds were extremely comfortable with soft linens and plenty of pillows! Condo was beautifully landscaped and almost set back into the corner ~ Quiet and peaceful! We walked across the street every day to the beach and ate dinners on our private deck at night. It’s a short walk into town or you can take the shuttle. We did both. I am so happy to have found Pointside Lookout and would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful! Would definitely stay here again. Quick walk to the beach and really comfortable living space. Great, if you want to be able to cook a meal or two for yourself and close to shopping and dining if you prefer to eat out. Wonderful table for playing games. Clean, pretty and relaxing. Perfect vacation space.

Good stay, as advertised
Nicely updated unit, as photos show. Very clean, very comfortable, nice furnishings, comfortable beds. Good value near downtown Ptown. Only negatives - door to come into the unit is tricky to close once you are inside the unit. Have to really slam it, which seems rude to other residents in the building - should be replaced. Also if you are sensitive to noise, shared building with units above you and next to you, and you definitely hear every footstep above you. Wasn't a huge issue for us. Overall nice stay.

Picture perfect in Provincetown!
We enjoyed our stay in this quaint condo in Provincetown. Easy check-in, great communication, everything was clean, and it was in a perfect location for us. We wanted to be a short distance to downtown yet in a location where we could get out to other areas easily & this checked all the boxes!

Nice Cape Condo
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this condo and it was generally clean and well maintained. The location was very close to the beach. It was not very toddler friendly in terms of the decor or furniture choices, but otherwise a nice place. Wish the table on the deck had been cleaner, and there were quite a few stains on the decorative pillows, which was not ideal. We also did not receive any trash bags upon arrival, but the property manager was quick to respond. We also wish K cups were provided given that the Keurig was the only coffee maker provided, as many of our other rented places through this website have provided such amenities. Neighbors’ pets were somewhat noisy and disruptive in the early morning hours, which was annoying. Wish there had been laundry in unit, given this is a beach front location. We ended up getting heavy rain during our stay and everything on the deck and porch was soaked.

Lovely property, great location
Enjoyed this condo overall and would stay again. Only downsides: no washer/dryer in unit, it's in basement of nearby unit, hunt for required quarters was a hassle and neighbors complained about us using W/D (single W/D is shared by many units). Also shower drain was clogged and took 2 days to get a response and get it fixed. But regardless enjoyed stay and would return.

The Worst Management I have ever come in contact
The door on this property is a mess and does not function properly and is very difficult to use. The property was fine, however the Turnkey Management was the worst, the flat out worst. I WILL NEVER STAY WITH A TURNKEY PROPERTY AGAIN and will tell every person I can find about how low level this company is and how poor it functions. I asked VERY early about leaving 45 minutes late because of a HURRICANE and the management was LATE to respond and refused to do ONE THING at all to help and DIDNT listen at all. I STOOD outside the property in RAIN and HUGE WINDGUSTS until my alternative transportation could get on the cap!!! NO ONE EVEN CAME TO CLEAN OR ANYTHING ( LIARS!!!!!!!!) You should be ashamed of your company and after SPENDING $thousands and thousands of dollars, It is FLAT out low level, how I was treated and I am going to review your company on every page I am able to locate, YOUR MANAGEMENT is VILE!!!!!!!
