The staff were friendly and responsive. Continental breakfast was small but had good variety. Bed linens were updated and clean. I unfortunately found the mattress very uncomfortable. It was much much too soft, no support and seemed warn on one side.

Unusual entry to this property. Cannot see from the main road. Must drive down a private treed driveway not knowing what to expect. Hotel sign on main road is small, old, easy to miss. Hotel inside was all updated, but the building outside is old, uninviting and unattractive. I hesitated about going inside because of its appearance. The updated interior was a pleasant contrast to the outside.

Staff were very friendly, helpful, and just genuinely happy, smiles, seemed happy at work. I was especially grateful as I had returned to RI for a funeral. Room was very comfortable, liked the 4 pillows, cable selection better than most accommodations, walk-in shower 👍, breakfast seating good and lobby comfortable.

Smells like weed and cigarettes all through the place. Rooms are so outdated except bathroom. Rooms smell like cigarettes. Definitely needs a whole renovation. Never would I recommend or stay there again.

Dear Guest, We are very sorry for the inconvenience during your stay. We do not allow smoking in the building. The common area are sanitize and deodorize with ozone cleaner. Some do smoke outside with hallway door open and residual smoke does affect the entrance area. We respectfully disagree with your view. We have posted non smoking, no vaping, no marijuana on registration card. We never hesitate to remove the violators from the hotel. We value guest comfort and make it a top priority. The person at the desk was amazing. He was helpful, friendly and kind. However, upon pulling in and checking in, the cops arrived to the facility with lights on, and two individuals that looked to be actively stoned and using drugs walked in. Then our room was damp smelling and mildewed… the door didn’t have the appropriate locks on it either. We arrived so late, we made do, but I DO NOT recommend. Stay elsewhere.

The room smelled the first night , opened window to let smell out . 3 rd night mouse was in room switched to new room at 2 am . new room was better but dead bolt on door was broken . Checked out early for stay was intending on staying 4 days and not having to pack or move stuff . Guy wanted to prorate the bill cause I was checking out a day early and missed the 11 am check out . We are checking out because there was a mouse in the room . Check out was 11 you owe us for part of this day . I had plans could not check out and would not have if there were no mouse . He finnally just gave us our last days money back for the night we were not staying .
