First off, I reserved 2 rooms for Buffalo bills we parked got our stuff off the car and when checking in they gave me a room at Prim, they said that you basically get whatever they want to give you in any of the 3 hotel properties. When we realized she only gave me 1 room, I went back and they wanted to give me now a room in Buffalo Bills when I clearly asked for the 2 rooms to be together, well we ended up at Prim. The rooms were stinky, AC was horrible blew tons of dust and would stop working and it was super loud, it even gave us all allergies. There wasn’t any hot water showered with cold water, tiles are loose, they had like 3 employees in the entire building. It was just terrible and like very little slot machines… overall disgusting.

The only thing I did not like was the room they put me on the mattress were so uncomfortable I stayed here many times and gave me a better room don't recommend the lower floor

I had booked this place for a couple of months for a concert and when I wanted to check in they said it was over booked and had us stay at whiskey Pete’s. There’s no shuttle or anything to go from whiskey Pete’s to Buffalo Bills so we had to walk back and forth before and after the concert.

This casino was recently sold to a new owner about the same time covid hit. It seemed as if they just opened up before cleaning or updating.

Once you walk to the hotel part of the casino it smells, and the elevator is like 40 ft from the entrance. The room is dusty and smells like the sewer. The only thing good was the late check out time.

This place is run down and needs updating. The roller coaster attraction looked fun for the kids and when I asked the front desk about hours of operation they said it hasn’t ran for 6 years. We are a family of 5 and when I asked for a roll-away bed they said they didn’t have any, which I could understand. I then asked for extra blankets and was told, “we don’t carry extra blankets.” Wow, just wow. The elevator was stuck and wouldn’t descend to the 1st floor so we ended up using the stairs. The room smelled awful and the paint was bubbling from water leaks and may have been festering with mold. Definitely not a place for children and none of the attractions work and many of the shops in the resort are shut down. Steer clear of this one.

This place used to be cool and fun and nice. It’s a dump now. Sorry but not sorry. Door to room wouldn’t open easily, I had to use my foot and shoulder to open door, sink was clogged, carpets are dirty. Not staying ever again, maybe just to use the bathroom on my way to Vegas. It was good while it lasted.

We booked a king room almost 2 months in advance. Got there and was told it was first come first served with rooms. Then got to our room, carpet was worn to threads, shower was super dirty. Water noises running everywhere. Hotel needs major updates.

No refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee and tea in the room, not enough pillows, broken light bulbs, not enough towers, very old and scratch furniture…The rooms at this resort need to upgrade or soon nobody will come to this resort and casino any more…Good luck…

Our room was not clean our shower full of hair was disgusting. Manager gave us another room and promised to waive resort fee which did not happen. They havent returned my deposit either.

Well, I am not familiar with the area so I don't know if it is secure or not. The room super quiet, not really clean and the bathroom can use an update. Carpets dirty but no bad odor.

I reserved with expedia and paid the reservation then i got to the hotel and they charged me another fee. I paid double for the room. Not happy at all

1-star. Dirty, poor maint, A/C unit cover was broken and fell off, coils have never been cleaned. Toilet doesnt flush right. Doors have to pulled really hard to close. Paint coming off, cabinet edges falling off, shower not cleaned well, floor not swept, window sill full of dirt, black stain on lamp shade. Water tastes terrible, I think their softener is turned up too far or system not cleaned and maintained. All stores and most eating options were closed. Should I go on? Wont bother staying here again.

The property is right after the state line, which is nice for the weary traveler. The staff didn't seem very friendly and there was only one dining option at 8 pm. There was no coffee, microwave, or refrigerator in the room. The room was decent and clean otherwise.

Shower had a constant drip, a heavy drip, that no fiddling with the valves could fix. There was only one pillow apiece for the two of us, and it was very soft and very flat after laying on it for a short time. The bathroom floor looked like it had had paint spilled on it but the couldn't get it all out of the grout. Wallpaper was loose in spots at the edges and had been painted on when the mateing corner wall had been painted. Rooms were reasonably clean but the maintenance was sloppy.
